Our great friend, Hilary, joins us today in talking about a big move she is making! In this episode, we talk about honoring yourself and doing what’s right for you. There is a lot of societal pressure on us as we age and all the things we “should” be doing. But we say f*ck that. If you aren’t happy, MAKE. THE. MOVE!

We open where left off in our last episode by talking about the possible overturn of Roe vs. Wade. We had an amazing response from a friend of Amber’s who left us with tons of resources that we can’t thank enough for. We left all these links below for you. Amber also shares her personal journey with abortion and we discuss all sorts of things regarding mental capacities and the insanity and injustices happening in our country. With this one, we hope we can empower you to stand up for what you believe in and also to know you are not alone in going through the muck, even though it may feel like it at times.

We tried to keep this one to only an hour! And guess what, we succeeded! We start out in our usual routine of catching up and talking about what’s currently going on with our lives, then we move on to current events…somewhat. We wanted to bring up the topic of what’s happening in women’s rights currently but wanted to get some feedback from YOU and be able to dedicate an episode to this topic. So, listen in and if you have stories to share, questions to ask, or comments to make about it, PLEASE let us know so we can talk about it on our next episode. Email, comment, DM us, anything! Enjoy
We did something we haven’t done since episode 1, we were live, in person, together! And we didn’t even realize it was episode 10. That’s not a huge milestone, but every rep counts. Per usual, we talk about a looot. It’s about what’s real and what’s going on in our lives and we hope some of you can relate to us. I spent almost 3 amazing weeks at home visiting family and my closest friends.

This episode was inspired by a recent day I had of feeling allll the emotions of not meeting your personal expectations. Which resulted in the feeling of failure, and all the frustrations that come along with that when you feel like you are trying your damndest and it just isn’t the end result you want. We had a great conversation around this and letting go of holding too tightly to those expectations, because they aren’t always realistic.
