In part 1 - we are joined by previous kaimahi and tauira of the formative years, David Lewis and Mary Aull, who share their memories of the early days of curriculum development, the first classes and the journey towards achieving Wānanga Status.
 
In part 2 - Herbie Teddy, Darren Heke and Donald Campbell join us to share their candid experiences of building Ō-tāwhao Marae and also setting up Apakura Campus on factory road. This is an in-depth discussion on what our shared history means for our people, our future, and the legacy of education in Aotearoa.
 
Full of honest kōrero and historical insights, we reflect on the past, celebrate the present, and look ahead to the future of Te Wānanga o Aotearoa.
