This week on Tay Talks, I’m diving into something I think we all face from time to time—EXCUSES. 🚫✨ Those sneaky little stories we tell ourselves that keep us stuck, playing small, or convincing ourselves that what we want isn’t possible.
I share how I caught myself slipping into the “I can’t because…” mindset with my step goal, and how a shift in perspective changed everything. From turning bus rides into bonus walks 👟 to cozy walking meditations 🧘🏻♀️, I found ways to make movement work for me instead of against me.
But really, this episode is about more than steps, it’s about catching the patterns where we hold ourselves back. It’s about choosing grace over guilt, solutions over excuses, and remembering that our outlook shapes the way we experience life. 🌸
If you’ve ever felt like you were standing in your own way, this one is your reminder: you can do the things you’ve been putting off. You can find a way to make it work. And you deserve to feel proud of yourself for trying. 💪💫
Besties, this week on Tay Talks I’m opening up about one of the biggest lessons that’s transformed my life: letting go, forgiveness, and the “let them” mindset. For so many years, I carried around anger, resentment, and stress and it showed up everywhere. It weighed me down physically, emotionally, and spiritually ✨
In this episode, I share how learning to release that weight shifted everything. From the Buddha’s wisdom on anger, to my own healing journey through sobriety, therapy, and self-reflection, I talk about what it really means to choose peace over pain.
We’ll explore:
💫 Why holding onto anger only hurts us
💫 How the let them theory changed the way I view relationships
💫 The role of self-forgiveness in true healing
💫 Practices that helped me release resentment and upgrade my energy
This conversation is for anyone who’s ready to stop carrying the heavy stuff and start creating space for peace, joy, and authentic living. Because when we choose to forgive—others and ourselves—we choose freedom 💕
This week on Tay Talks, I’m diving into two big themes on my healing journey: 💫 attitude and 🌿 alignment.
I share how shifting my mindset years ago truly changed my life and why I still believe that a good attitude is the “kindergarten of healing.” Whether it’s spilled coffee, traffic, or setbacks that feel bigger than they are, the way we respond shapes everything. ✨☀️
But now, I’m also learning the power of alignment. Letting go of what drains me and trusting that what’s meant for me will flow into my life. From flat tires and car trouble 🚗💨 to relationships and opportunities, I’ve seen how forcing what’s not aligned only causes more struggle… while releasing control brings peace, joy, and even unexpected blessings 🍂💖.
If you’ve ever felt out of sync, tired, or like you’re forcing something to work, this episode is for you. Let’s talk about trusting the signs, embracing patience, and remembering that anything truly aligned will energize you, not drain you 🌈
In today’s episode, I’m diving into something that has completely changed my life, the way we speak to ourselves. The words we use shape our reality, and when we choose love, encouragement, and belief, everything shifts. I share my own nightly practice of mirror affirmations (yes, it was super uncomfortable at first!), how my son surprised me by picking it up too, and why I’ll never go back to tearing myself down.
We’ll talk about small steps, removing the word “can’t,” shifting limiting beliefs, and learning to be our own biggest cheerleader. Think of this episode as a reminder that your voice matters especially the one inside your head. 💖
You are enough. You are worthy. And you truly deserve everything your heart desires.
It’s been a minute since I last recorded, but I’m back and in true Friday night vibes: 🛋️🕯️🐈 cozy robe, cats nearby, candle lit, and a faux fireplace glowing.
This week, I reflect on the summer I spent being present with my kids 👩👧👦, family 👨👩👧, my friends and how much that time fulfilled me. I also share a milestone that means so much to me 📖✨.
From scallops at the grocery store 🍝 to my favorite pumpkin plaid bathrobe 🎃🧡, this episode is all about the little reminders that we are worthy of good things, whether big dreams 🌟 or small joys 🌸. Sometimes the hardest part is just not talking ourselves out of what we truly want.
💫 Join me as I celebrate growth 🌱, gratitude 🙏, and the gentle truth that we do deserve the lives we dream of 💖✨.
Welcome back to TayBits ✨ In this episode, I’m sharing how tarot became a life-changing part of my healing journey, helping me quit drinking, reconnect with my intuition, and show up for myself in a deeper way.
It all started in November 2020 when I bought the Black and Gold Tarot deck that called to me in a store. I had no idea how to use it but something in me knew I needed it. Almost five years later, I still pull a card every single day.
Here’s what I dive into in today’s episode:
🔮 How daily tarot became the foundation of my spiritual and sober journey
📝 The practice I started with pulling one card a day and journaling what it meant to me
🍷 The moment I realized alcohol was keeping me stuck—and how the Devil card made that clear
🧠 What cards like the Eight of Swords and Four of Pentacles taught me about overthinking and holding on too tightly
🌪 Why Tower moments, though uncomfortable, are sometimes the greatest gifts
🐠 The joy of pulling the Page of Cups and remembering that anything magical can happen
🐶 What the Fool card teaches us about fresh starts and releasing old baggage
👑 How the Queen of Pentacles reminds me to stay grounded, nurturing, and in my power
Whether you're curious about tarot or simply looking for a tool to help you reflect and grow, I hope this episode offers you inspiration to tune in, slow down, and honor where you are on your journey. Because sometimes the messages we need most… are already right in front of us 💛
🎙️ Welcome back to Tay Bits!
Today I’m diving into one of my favorite topics: romanticizing your life ✨🌸
Sure, it’s easy to romanticize life when you’re on a Disney riverboat grabbing Mickey-shaped beignets 🏰 but what about the everyday? This week I’m sharing how I turn even the simplest moments into magic. From waking up like a Disney princess 👑 to dancing on a random weekday walk 💃🏼 to writing love poems to my croissants 🥐. I’m talking about bringing joy, gratitude, and kindness into the day-to-day.
You’ll hear:
🌞 How I create a slow, dreamy morning routine
🎶 Why blasting your “main character” soundtrack changes your vibe
❤️ How to show yourself love and grace, even after mistakes
🪞 The power of mirror affirmations (and how weird they feel at first!)
🦋 My favorite ways to stay open, kind, and joyful in a complicated world
Life is made of small, sparkly moments if we choose to see them ✨. So, this week, I’m challenging you to romanticize one tiny part of your day and see how it transforms your energy.
🌈 Bring the magic. You deserve it.
I love you so much 🤍
This week, I’m sharing a total dream-come-true experience 🌟 taking my son to Orlando to see Juventus vs. Manchester City in the FIFA Club World Cup ⚽️🙌🏼. As a Juve fan (cannoli + tiramisu included, obviously 😋), I’ve always dreamed of seeing them play in Italy one day. And my son? He’s a die-hard Manchester City supporter. So the universe lining up this match in one of our favorite places — Orlando — felt like pure magic ✨
In this episode, I’ll take you through:
🏰 Our stay at a Disney resort (with all the Broadway vibes!)
🍩 My Mickey beignets + riverboat morning adventure
🎆 Fireworks, donuts, rain-soaked match day and why I romanticize it all
⚽️ The joy of watching our favorite teams play live
🌈 A reminder that staying open creates the space for incredible opportunities
This trip was a powerful lesson in living fully in the moment, being grateful for the experiences right in front of us and trusting that even bigger dreams (like Juve in Italy) are on their way.
So come along as I share how you can find the magic in the everyday, follow the nudges of the universe, and keep your heart open to possibility 💖
✨ Because when your intentions align with your actions, that’s when the real magic happens.
🎉 I did it!!! I’m officially a published author 🥹
In this special episode of Tay Bits, I’m sharing the behind-the-scenes story of how my book The ABCs of Loving Myself Back to Life — One Letter at a Time came to life 💖
From writing on flights ✈️ to signs from the universe 🔮 to poolside title changes in Vegas 🌞 this has been years in the making. I talk about what finally pushed me to finish it, how it evolved, and what it means to me now.
This isn’t just a book, it’s a love letter to me and hopefully to you too. 💌
It’s about healing in small, simple ways. Picking one thing at a time. Letting each letter guide you back home to yourself.
In this episode, you’ll hear:
✨ The full backstory of the book
📖 How I designed it for real life and busy people
🪞Why your story and your growth matter
💡 A sneak peek of one of the chapters + an affirmation
I hope this inspires you to follow that nudge, honor your growth, and maybe even answer the call that’s been tugging on your heart. 💫

This moon changed everything for me. Five years ago, under the glow of the Strawberry Full Moon, I went from feeling stuck, drained, and lost… to becoming a believer — in magic, in possibility, and in myself. 💫
In this episode, I’m sharing the story of how a simple moonlit wish helped me manifest the job I dreamed of, sparked my healing journey, and led to five of the most transformative years of my life.
I talk about:
🌙 The night I asked the moon for a sign
💼 Manifesting a job that aligned with my soul
💖 How I found joy, health, sobriety, and purpose
🏋️♀️ Starting my morning routine & losing 100 pounds
👩👦👦 Creating a beautiful life with my kids
🌈 Becoming a believer in something more
If you're in a season of waiting, doubting, or feeling stuck I hope my story reminds you that this is not the end. It’s the beginning.
🔮 Affirmation of the Week:
I trust the unknown. It's where my magic has always lived. With a brave heart and a soul wide open, I step into the next chapter of my becoming. 💗
