Transitioning to an online-only studio has been a challenge for most teachers but my guest, Jaime Gibson, took this challenge to a whole new level by opening up his online studio to international students. Gibson Online Music School, formed in 2020, currently has students in six countries and across most states of Australia. His teaching faculty hold music degrees specialized in e-learning using the school's unique platform and technologies.

In this episode, he’s going to share his teaching background, how he started his online-only music school, how he runs it, how he found his teachers, his teaching and technology tips especially for young teachers in our profession, the tools he uses, and so much more.

Jaime Gibson, founder of Gibson Online Music School, is a multi-instrumentalist who holds a Bachelor of Music and Grad Dip Ed from Sydney and a Masters in Educational Leadership, which he attained over in the United Kingdom.
