TC PODCAST W/ BANU

As a DJ and electronic music producer, Banu finds herself between music, sound art installations and research, using music as an artistic tool for activism. Growing up in South Eastern Turkey in the underground rave scene and currently based in Berlin, she specializes in composing with analog synthesizers that are versatile with a groovy bounce. Banu creates uncanny experiences in her live sets by using sound design as unique transitions that blur the lines between music and sound art. She believes in the political possibility of sound and music, which she utilizes as an empowerment tool for minority groups with an emphasis on BIPOC and LGBTQI+ communities.

*Special note for the mix: "I recorded the set in March 2026 and all tracks from female producers. It is very important for me to support and represent female producers because the female visibility in production is not getting enough attention. To show the diversity of the productions and gems I choose a variety of genres. It is a mix dedicated to all women in my life."

TC PODCAST W/ STEFAN GOLDMANN

Techno has always been about imagining the future and experiencing the excitement of change and discovery. If anyone has lived up to this aspiration in recent years it would be Stefan Goldmann.

Stefan is regularly described as one of today’s most adventurous artists in techno scene. His DJ sets evolve around the same cutting edge principles as applied to his label Macro. In addition to maintaining a consistently conceptual as well as busy release schedule, he tours regularly throughout Europe, Asia and the Americas, and has been regularly playing at Berghain since 2006.

Special format performances saw him sell out iconic venues such as LACMA Los Angeles, Kyoto's Honen-in Temple and the Berlin Philharmonic, for which he also curates Strom Festival since 2020.

The young musician from the deep south of Germany believes in the art of DJing as a craft of connection – he honours the mood of each room and the people in it to ensure quality in music and club culture. Whether he's weaving together techno, house, ambient or other subtle nuances of electronic sounds, he treats each performance as a dialogue with his surroundings.

Egotot thrives on creating long, evolving sets that unfold a narrative. By gently pushing and pulling the audience, he builds tension and then releases it, keeping listeners spellbound while allowing the music to breathe. Jonas Xenon is a DJ and Producer based in Berlin, Germany.

His mind is wrapped around the darker side of the music spectrum. His love for hypnotic patterns and restless grooves drove him into the depths of techno production. As an artist with a drum and bass background you can still hear and feel the closeness to his roots. Techno with the little pinch of oldschool aesthetic fused together into a refreshing whole.

Lilith. is a techno DJ and producer from Tbilisi, now based in Berlin.

She has been active since 2015, first making her mark on Georgia's underground scene before moving to Berlin to fully shape her sound. Her sets are built on deep, driving rhythms and subtle grooves, flowing with the energy of the crowd while maintaining precision and tension.

Lilith. approaches techno as a space for experimentation—blurring boundaries, exploring textures, and testing new ideas without compromising the floor. In Berlin, she continues to refine her sound, delivering performances that are direct and intense.

Martyn Päsch continues to rise in the Global Scene of Electronic Music.

In his work as a producer, we can find a wide range of styles varying from Deep Techno, Experimental and Ambient.

In the beginning of 2018, he started his own record label called KVLTÖ RECORDS, focused on Deep Techno, Ambient, Experimental, Hypnotic and Techno sounds.

His world of music is being built in an increasingly distinct style, perhaps as a fixed part of deep techno. Abundance of synth melody with harmony charm. The kick that leads the power and the percussion that supports it. And ironically, the sudden appearance and disappearance of the break makes his music more self established.

A.Denial - also known as Anastasiia, who is started her career as a DJ in 2008.

Her journey began with underground techno & breakbeat in the techno-club "Tunnel".

Since then, she has made a long way through out diverse electronic music genres and after her long journey In 2019, she created her own events series called “Sacred Sound Events”, which is built around the underground and hypnotic side of electronic music.

In 2024 she created new project “Unknown Source” which is transforms unknown incoming signals from deep space into hypnotic waves and fast rhythms, with the debut release “Signals”.

In recent years, she has released her first tracks on Nnullz rec, Wetland rec, Linee Sonore and Dorian labels. In February 2025, A.Denial released her debut album on Diffuse Reality Records, which is called "Life Story". The latest release came out in May 2025, on a compilation by the Art Bei Ton label.

Now A.Denial is focused on her “home” studio, where she continues to work on her own sound and preparing future releases.

A.Denial is a project that reveals and demonstrates completely new facets of the perception of sound vibrations in the direction of deep and intellectual techno with old-school notes.

Originally from London and now based in Leeds, Kessie's love for techno took root during her time living and studying in Hong Kong in 2016, where she became captivated by the genre's hypnotic pull.

Her sets lean into raw, mechanistic grooves, off-kilter surprises, and low-end pressure — a distinctive style that has landed her appearances at venues such as Fabric, Berghain, Fold, and Open Ground, as well as securing residencies with London collective Structure and Leeds' esteemed queer clubnight Love Muscle.

Montero's musical journey begins in the sun-soaked terrains of Málaga, southern Spain.

His entanglement and love for electronic music has seen him evolve as an artist who weaves a soundscape that's both physical and cerebral, euphoric and controlled.

With an understanding of music history that allows him to seamlessly blend modern and classic House & Techno, Juan often produces moments that transcend the ordinary. The ability to communicate through sound and his role as a curator for the well re-known Basilar festival makes him a key figure in today’s electronic music scene and although his road has taken the Berliner-by-choice quite a few miles, a few things have stayed the same along the way - an unwavering dedication to our underground electronic culture and respect for the fellow dancers and artists.

Montero's journey is a testament to authenticity, innovation and the eternal role of music in knitting our dancing society.
