Ten Minute Truth #1 - We only half-heartedly want a pure heart.

 

Ten Minute Truth #2 - A pure heart comes from some uncomfortable refining.

- when God works on us and in us there are going to be some things He takes out of us

- what idols are we clinging to that are comfortable

- what idols are chasing us

- the cycle of sin can often come because we feel so far from pure 

 

Ten Minute Truth #3 - We are touchable people because we are forgiven people in Christ.

- found pure in Christ, not because I do anything “right”

- we respond to people as those also presented by Christ, worthy of His sacrifice

- purity in our lives isn’t going to be perfect, but it is going to be possible
