A little background on the podcast name in past tense, but ultimately we got down to the point - Stress - what it means to the body and living in the Red Zone or the Green Zone. How to identify the stressors in your life and shift perspective in a lasting way.
This episode was recorded at the beginning of April, 2023 and I’m clearly still working out the jitters of recording myself and my thoughts. I feel a little rusty talking about Stress so confidently, but this stuff is fairly ingrained in my mind and the way I live. The conversation will likely continue throughout many episodes.
It’s embarrassing that the cell phone rings (twice!), I learned a great lesson there. Thank you for your patience and sorry for the distraction.

The volleyball position I’m referring to is now called a “libero”, it used to be a Defensive Specialist (DS)... I feel old that I had to look that up. 😆
When I asked Webster’s Dictionary about Tenacious, I found this answer to the question “Someone called me tenacious, is this an insult or a compliment?”
A: Tenacious is a mostly positive term. If someone calls you tenacious you're probably the kind of person who never gives up and never stops trying – someone who does whatever is required to accomplish a goal. You may also be very stubborn.
**I’ve been known to be stubborn as well**
