The Tennessee Titans would love to see a rookie of the year campaign for Cam Ward because that would mean excellent things, but an award-winning year would require certain things that could be tough to hit. Outside of Cam Ward, the Titans need multiple players on both sides of the ball to step up if they hope to turn things around. Finally, Brian Callahan NEEDS things to turn around or he and his staff could be out of a job by 2026.
