The Tennessee Titans glaring lack of weapons showed up in the second half against the New Orleans Saints and reminded us all how badly Cam Ward needs more weaponry in 2026. Free Agency and the NFL Draft are the primary tools to add talent and the top of the barrel in both have options the Titans should be considering like Carnell Tate, Jordyn Tyson, George Pickens and Alec Pierce. The Titans also have to make a decision on what to do with Chig Okonkwo as he becomes a free agent. The head coaching search is also pretty important for Cam Ward and the leading candidate, Matt Nagy, continues to have more noise around him and continues to be connected to the Titans in multiple ways. Nagy's connection with general manager Mike Borgonzi also seems to be even deeper than we knew. Finally, some candidates that we should be able to cross off from the search list include Mike McCoy, Marcus Freeman and Arthur Smith. However, names like Dennard Wilson and Jon Fassel could be back.
