Had the privilege of interviewing amazing Dr.Anna Lembke from Stanford University, Chief of the Stanford Addiction Medicine Dual Diagnosis Clinic who has authored multiple best-sellers and appeared in Netflix’s documentary, The Social Dilemma. I felt incredibly blessed and honored to learn from her as we talked about everything from addiction, faith, dopamine, fasting and more. Thank you so much for your time, Dr.Lembke. She encouraged me to keep pursuing the theory that depression is often not just a random chemical imbalance in the brain to be over-simplified through SSRI medication but to be examined holistically through the lens of dopamine, behavior, addiction and more.
