Kelly Rosinger, Ph.D., is an assistant professor in the Department of Education Policy Studies and a research associate in the Center for the Study of Higher Education at Penn State University. Her research focuses on the barriers students face going to and through college. Did you know that some colleges and universities have made the SAT an optional part of the admissions process?
