This week I’m joined by Pablo Lagas who is the founder of Winding Ropes, which is a Melbourne based company that supplies specially made ropes of different weights and materials that are an amazing play-based tool that can help you learn how to integrate your foot, core and hip function with different upper body movement patterns that relate really well to things like walking, running, throwing and jumping - basically they teach you how to utilise the rotation of your body to efficiently generate force, which is obviously essential for improving performance and minimising injuries, especially in sports and athletics.
