As a business owner you are responsible for your company’s culture. It’s also important to hire people who fit your culture. Encourage your team to get to know each other by doing small things that allow for them to learn about each other. At my company I am constantly promoting the sharing of ideas ideas. Figure out what your culture is, and drive it home hard.
