Canelo Alvarez vs. Gennady Golovkin finally has a rumored PPV buyrate. Dan Rafael said on his ESPN chat, “Canelo-GGG no announcement yet but I know the HBO folks think there’s a good chance it topped 2 million which would be massive.”

Did Canelo vs. GGG do over 2 million PPV buys? Does this guarantee an instant rematch because of how big it allegedly was? Are you surprised by this number? Did you think it would do less or more?
