Co-Dependency doesn't just happen in relationships.

I relied on so many outer sources for my validation and my confidence. 

There's absolutely no way you can be authentic and vulnerable when you're desperate to please other people.

What are you doing in your life simply because it pleases someone else?

Where are you getting your validation from?

Co-dependency shows up in our bodies, our businesses, our relationships, our parenting, even our eating habits!

Don't you want to feel free and confident and true to yourself?

You first have to be really honest about where your attached to someone or something that isn't serving you.

Then you get to learn how to move forward with the new you!

Becca came to me thinking she hit her rock bottom because of her miscarriage.

After a call with me, she realized the miscarriage was just the tip of the ice burg for her.

She had been chasing life's highs and created a life most people would envy.

She had the husband, the kids, the house, the dog.

But the reality was she was numb and barely surviving.

She was yelling at her kids, completely disconnected from her body and had terribly low standards for her life.

When she realized she had underlying trauma and there was a reason for her pain, she took action!

Becca was able to break through her childhood sexual abuse and the trauma that came with it in a matter of 2 weeks.

She came alive when she was no longer holding onto the pain she had carried for so long!

In this episode, I discuss my fear of being alone and how it held me back from sharing Truth.

I was so afraid that my family would reject me, God would leave me, and I would be alone.

That was one of my deepest subconscious fears.

I literally married someone because I was afraid of being alone and afraid there was no one else for me.
