    • Success is not always money!

    About Hannah Judson:

Hannah is an internationally touring American singer-songwriter, performing original works that draw her audience into storylines of political, social, and personal power, love, and loss.  On guitar, with live looping percussion and harmonies, Hannah’s vocals co-mingle and ring out and intimate setting, with a modern folk sound reminiscent of Cat Power, Lucinda Williams, and Elliott Smith. Noted as “the real deal” by UK’s country music Maverick Magazine, and “with a style that channels Elliott Smith” by Indie Country FM radio, Hannah has appeared regularly in Paris, throughout Europe.

Alongside writing and performing, she founded and produces MUSEfest, an international music and film festival that spotlights inspiring women in music, film, and art. The first two editions were in London and Paris, with New York City projected for 2017. She also performs in Lacuna Echo, an experimental audio/visual digital environment project with painter Florence Artur and Absynth creator Brian Clevenger.

She discovered her first electric guitar at a Wicker Park pawn shop, as a student at The School of the Art Institute of Chicago, where she studied painting, sound, and design. In Chicago, she was a continuous member of folk, grunge, and alt/rock bands, as the songwriter and lead vocalist. She also produced and hosted GrrrlsRock events at Beat Kitchen.

  • Episode 19 - How to Get Out of Your Own Way and “Start Ugly” with Chris Krimitsos

Join Andrew Lees and Clint McPherson with Chris Krimitsos as he talks about getting out of your own way and starting ugly. Chris helps people achieve excellence through his conferences, Podfest and Vidfest, and gives the connections, resources, and belief systems to accomplish what they want.

    In this episode, you’ll learn:

    • His experience of knowing about government regulations and competition at a young age. Chris became a business competitor with his school!
    • Combining helping and connecting people through business.
    • Accepting the reality that your first is often not the best. Most people never even start!
    • Tips and tricks to future-proof your business. If you need to make a switch, do it!
    • Taking advantage of YouTube and potential with social influencers. Which ads should you get into?

    About Chris Krimitsos:

Chris is passionate about being a difference-maker. Unlike the featured guest who comes in and delivers a keynote and leaves, Chris Krimitsos is the passionate professional who hangs around talking to anyone who wants his time – to listen, evaluate, and affect change.

Chris brings a unique perspective of success from both sides of an event. He understands the challenges of the organizer that needs to move an audience, having himself facilitated over 2,000 events that have brought together business owners, toward economic growth, under the umbrella of Tampa Bay Business Owners, which he founded in 2008. That success regionally was the springboard to launching a national event, Podfest Multimedia Expo, which he grew to over 975 attendees in just five years, with an expectation of 1,500-plus in year six, thanks to his ability to communicate key messaging to that community.

Channeling that energy into creating a documentary, now he is making an impact globally. Under the CK Productions banner, as a filmmaker and producer, Chris successfully birthed The Messengers: A Podcast Documentary, which obtained worldwide distribution and theatrical screenings. This after having hosted and produced two TV shows earlier in his career. Of note was one of those projects being archived in the Library of Congress.

With a unique skill set programmed to stay out in front of rapid change, Chris Krimitsos – as a speaker, as a business leader, and as a source for growth – is empowering audiences toward better opportunities for succeeding in business in the 21st century.

  • Episode 16 - The Entrepreneurial Wall and the Emotional Roller Coaster of Running a Business with Tom Libelt

Join Andrew Lees and Clint McPherson (That Entrepreneur Life) with Tom Libelt as he talks about the entrepreneurial wall and the different struggles of a business owner. Tom has done it all – he’s been in inside sales, outside sales, the music industry, SEO, and marketing. He shares his different experiences and the truths he discovered through the years. All businesses have their ups and downs, and it’s up to you to adapt to the changes that happen! There is a lot of merit to grinding, and keep putting stuff out without waiting for the perfect time.

By the end of this episode, you will learn not to be dependent on one platform, reflect on your decisions, and get better by putting out a lot of effort. Stay tuned to the podcast!

    About Tom Libelt:

Born in Communist Poland…. We escaped to the US when I was 11 in the early ’90s.

Here are some adventures from those days that shaped me:

    • When I was 7... I was laying on the back seat of a car that was smuggling liquor back into the country (was supposed to cry and scream if the immigration wanted to check).
    • At 9 I was helping pops push products at soccer stadiums in Eastern Europe… was hustled a few times by Russians in the other stands and learned my lessons.
    • I learned how to sell and how not to be hustled.
    • The only games I played around the house had to do with money changing hands (don’t ask as I’d have a hard time explaining this one).
    • The medical field was terrible and all my teeth back then were fixed without any numbing.
    • My first computer was a Commodore 64. It took over 10 minutes to load a game from a tape deck. If it did not… I had to use a screwdriver to adjust the magnets in the tape deck and try again.
    • We were still a generation that ran around for hours without any supervision.
