  • 038 - Kyle Fincham - A Verbal Mosh Pit of Valuable Information for Making Better Predictions

Kyle Fincham, the owner of Movement Brooklyn, is the epitome of an old soul in a young man's skin suit! He and his amazing wife, Alexa, have literally taken on the term "power couple" to a whole new level.

In this conversation we discuss SO very much, including: the misconception of being generalists versus specialists, "failing" and how that doesn’t actually exist, making better predictions with the information we have, how it’s beneficial to explore our physicality in multiple arenas, allowing for life to change and discovering what’s important for this very moment, business as a power couple and being adaptable, and the importance of SLEEEEPP especially with what’s going on out in the world right now.

I can't wait for you to receive all the wisdom this guy shares! Soak it up and enjoy :)

  • 037 - Margaret Elenis - Soulful Action From a Deep Dark Place

Margaret Elenis is truly an inspiration and role model for how to bounce back from the depths of reality when handed the coin of life or death. Margaret has the energy of the sun, the foundation of a rock and the eagerness for growth like a blossoming flower. She’s literally as natural as they come and her mission is to share the wealth of knowledge she has researched and received during her time of going through breast cancer without full blown chemo and radiation.

What did she do instead, you ask? Wonderful question! She goes through all of that in this episode. We also discuss what it means to be supported, her frustrations with the health care system, the struggles with insurance, alternative approaches to healing, the trials and tribulations of a young mom with breast cancer, and a journey of the unexpected.

Margaret and her sister Nina just opened up the most incredible Youth Wellness Center for kids and parents where you can seek the answers to resources for all of your health concerns, while your kiddos learn AND play!

  • 036 - Sam Wegert - Integrating "The Work" While Trusting the Cosmos

Sam Wegert has been a major source of inspiration for me ever since meeting and seeing him speak at the incredible 1 Life Fully Lived conference back in 2015!

Sam was offered to take on the challenge of owning his first ever martial arts gym at the youthful age of FIFTEEN years old. Wild, right? The level of responsibility required for that must have sparked an equally immense amount of self-efficacy.

In this episode, Sam and I talk about life as one of eight children all of whom were homeschooled, we discuss playing towards our strengths and meeting others where they are, Sam's experience of love with his wife and the routines that keep their fire going, as well as the game changing method he learned from a book that has ultimately UPLEVELED his entire life.

My biggest takeaway from this conversation was how success isn't necessarily only created from what we do everyday, but mainly from the opportunities that arise when we least expect them, whilst openly accepting the experience of figuring it out as we go.

  • 035 - Betsy & Laura Milne - Syncing with the Moon in Life and Business

Betsy & Laura is this dynamic duo in business and the story about how they met is just so relatable that it makes me excited for all of my potential collaborators out there in the ether!

They "fly their freak flag" high by using the lunar phases of the moon to work their business as transformational business and branding coaches. They work with women and they even taught us how they narrowed down their target audience in order to help the right people as much as possible, rather than attempt to help everybody only a little.

We spoke about using both the masculine and feminine energies in business, growing personally and professionally in the midst of creation and not having to choose between one or the other, as well as their conjoined passion for guiding women in making an impact and income with ease.

If you love the moon, business, women empowerment, dynamic duos and talking all things energy, this episode is for you :)

  • 034 - Jay G. - Life as a 20something in NYC; When Modern Dating Combines with Doing What We Love

Jay is an adorably funny, deep, empathetic and energetic individual who has grown up here in NYC. We met in a fairly humorous way to have ended up as the friends that we are, and this kid straight up inspires the shit out of me. In fact, I just ordered my first ever personal brand of business cards, and it was he who gave me the idea to put a QR code on there linking to my show!

In this episode, we talk about modern dating including everything from dating app algorithms, intentions, how media plays a role on our perception of love, as well as the challenges and thrills of dating in NYC as 20somethings.

We also discuss Jay's non-profit that raises money for a music and arts therapy program for a school where he used to work, and he put together a Battle of the Bands this February 15th at BKLYN Commons! Hope to see you there :)

After a whole slew of massive shifts tried knocking Melisa off of her feet, she stood her ground and was sent a message that changed the game for her entire life. Was it because she chose to rise to the occasion? Probably!

In this conversation, we discuss how to write a postcard to The Universe asking for what we want, the key ingredient between making a wish and hoping for something to manifest versus actually making it happen, and so many other relevant ideas.

  • 032 - Justin Krompier - Using the Tools We Already Have to Explore a New Lifestyle

Justin Krompier is an incredible photographer and only improving! Justin recently pulled such a fun stunt including his Instagram following for a major life decision. It was really cool to participate in this experiment as well as watch what happens and we talk all about it! He does such an awesome job portraying the importance of not only following our wildest dreams and taking risks, but also how imperative it is to be surrounded by good, loving and supportive people that we can turn to for all different scenarios in our lives. The power of community cannot be denied, because as you'll hear in this episode, it's also the people in our sphere of influence who (whether intentionally or not) guide us in the right directions.

  • 031 - Kiera Doyle - The Deep Dive That Happens When We Listen to Our Intuition

Kiera Doyle is a manifesting GEM! Her sweet and adorable persona combined with her boss babe mentality has all these wisdom bits softly hitting me right in the gut. Kiera knows herself more than so many people I know, and I truly believe a lot of it has to do with diving deep into Human Design and her chart.

In this episode, we discuss Human Design in great length as well as so many other topics such as akashic records, looking at the impact of how we spend our time, non-linear career paths, and Kiera even teaches all of us how to answer some of our toughest questions with the necklace you're currently wearing using it as a pendulum.

I am completely confident that if you're reading this episode description, you will undoubtably enjoy the shit out of this conversation and walk away feeling uplifted and ready to take on life's challenges.

  • 030 - Stephen Donofrio - Fighting the Good Fight Using Tech and the Arts for Environmental Awareness

Stephen Donofrio is stepping outside the box and represents the epitome of fighting the good fight in regards to environmental awareness. Join us as we discuss all things sustainability, how multiple issues come into play when discussing the environmental climate space, how cities are a major part of our ecosystem, and that the purchasing decisions we make play a huge role in not only nature and our health, but also the entire community where we reside.

All changes, large and small, have an effect on the wellbeing of our beautifully energetic planet, Earth. In turn, I personally find it to be a nearly euphoric experience when I have my reusable shopping bags with me everywhere I go in the case I make a purchase, versus when I accidentally don't have one on me and feel obliged to use a plastic shopping bag.
