have been vocal that my personal theme of the summer is "operation alignment". Alignment with physical spinal correction (3x a week), alignment with how I express my energy and with whom.
And an overall evaluation of how I both digest life as well as expression of creativity and love coming through me. The crass but perfect mantra?
I will no longer shit in my aura. Not every strategy is for everyone.
Meaning I am renewed with a plan to honor myself with the keeping pace and taking actions in accordance to my unique rhythm. Taking the lead from the seasons and strategies that are meant for me.
What does an aura do and how do we stop polluting ours?
Our Aura is how we are designed to meet life. It is the electromagnetic frequency that gives life to your body, extending roughly two arm lengths in all directions!
It starts with insight into your unique auric blueprint. Then awareness of what we want and what we do NOT want.
This week on the podcast I am sharing my actions and activities to detox my own aura.

How is the transition to summer going for your kids and you?
I am celebrating the mom life win this week of TWO happy campers in the house. In the past this adjustment with getting them in camps or on board with nannies has been met with resistance.
Thankfully, both kids are involved in camps that light them up!
We mom's just want to meet their needs the best we can and when it works out for everyone it sure does feel like a sweet victory.

Trips change us. Would you agree? The time spent in a new place with a unique rhythm different from our day to day leaves us different.
Where ( and what) we are resisting is brought out to be examined more clearly without distraction. The chance to be receptive on a whole new frequency.
The past week at the beach I tuned into my tightness and controlling behaviors to examine what is really going on there. How are these defaults making me FEEL? Yeah, there is always an accompanying physical manifestation from the root of low vibe behaviors.
The spring in general is a deep time of receiving. We are in a season of appreciating warmth, colorful flowers, verdant green and return of sweeter fresh foods.
Checking in on our healing, our growth and review what is truth for us.
Where are we receiving/feeding too much and what is leaking our energy?
Travel reveals this for us.
The change of seasons is a perfect time to release and create space to receive. Letting go of what isn't working and paying attention to those cues.
Considering.. Where are we over controlling? Over scheduling? Over managing? Are we in an addictive trance to the feeling of productivity that never concludes?
Take space to rest and leave room for a sense of wonder that Springs instills in us. Noticing how the seasons give us valuable intel on what our bodies need to process or feel optimal high energy state.
What needs are being un met? How can we shift our capacity from doing to being?
It's is a supportive time to release being driven by stress to welcome in more nourishment.
