The Burt man breaks down the cup final of 2022, how he deals with stick from opposition fans, and how difficult it is to deal with being injured.

Most important of all, Mark breaks down his teamates.

On this weeks episode, Jay McGuinness is here to talk us through his current role working alongside the Reds, and the role he played in the 2019 promotion season.

Jay is currently running the "Football Coaching & Sporting Events" Diploma based out of ALSAA. The course has various modules, covering a wide range of topics and themes, from sport, to business, to personal development.

It is open to anybody and everybody aged 17 and above, and there is a training allowance available to all participants.

The pair also look ahead to a busy weekend of fixtures as Bank Holiday fever takes over with 3 matches to look forward to over the course of 4 days which sees the Reds travel to Derry City on Friday and the defending champions looking to bounce back away to Galway on Saturday evening. The weekend concludes with a return to Tolka Park on Monday as we host Drogheda United.

Adam Leonard is joined by Seana Cooke to look ahead to the double helping of Dublin Derbies this weekend. Damien Duff's Reds face Bohs on Friday, Noel King's Reds go head to head with Peamount on Saturday.

Noel King's Reds made it back to back wins a week ago to keep the pressure on the league leaders, they go to Sligo this week hoping to extend the winning run. Damien Duff's Reds face a Dublin Derby against St Pats at Tolka Park.
