Liz is creating a unique experience for children in Delaware. A Delaware native, wife, mom of 3, and a pediatric OT of 15 years, Liz Downing, has opened a  new practice, In The Woods OT, to help kids be more regulated, connected, strong and confident through nature OT. She discusses how her program empowers families with tools and knowledge so they can thrive.  She is super passionate about connecting families back to nature and dives deep into her journey into finding this new way to connect families who need OT and nature.

Sarah Craig is a massage therapist, yoga and Ayurveda coach, and owner of Smyrna Massage and Wellness since 2014. She uses an integrated approach of movement, massage, and nutrition education to help her clients. She lived in Dover with her husband, children, and rescue dog.

Jennifer, her husband and co-investor recently opened Sunmed, you CBD store in Milford, Delaware. She has been a Registered Nurse for 8 years and have always had a passion for health and wellness. She has her Bachelors of Science in Nursing and currently works in Labor and Delivery. Her goal is to encourage everyone to go back to basics and invest in their physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

Catherine "Cat" Jenkins joins Frank & Megan in a lively conversation about bringing tourism to Central Delaware and what the future may hold.

Catherine is the Kent County Tourism's Marketing and Communications Manager. She loves to showcase the hidden gems in the county as well as support local businesses. She is originally from Maryland and graduated from Salisbury University with a BA. In her free time, she hangs with friends and coaches a basketball team at the local Rec Center.

Angela, a native Kent County community member, and Professional Ballet Dancer for First State Ballet, brings the arts to Kent County through a non profit organization at Loblolly Acres. Angela has been dancing since she was 10 years old and getting to share her craft with Delaware. In addition, Angela has joined the Loblolly Acres team in bringing local artists, vendors, and events to Kent County Delaware.
