It’s summer, and that means bored-child season. We have a cure though: Science. There are a ton of activities that you can do with your child, or with all the kids in the neighborhood. We don’t have time in our one hour to go over all the best, or even all our favorites, but hopefully we can get you started.

The CLSE, Center for Lunar Science and Exploration Hangout series explores the modern Lunar exploration as we consider the science, technology, training, and education that are required to understand our nearest neighbor and prepare for the eventual return of mankind.
In this episode, we interview the Dr. David Kring (LPI) about the structure of CLSE, from addressing the highest science priorities identified by NRC for NASA, to integrating lunar science with exploration activities to enhance mission productivity, to generating expertise to meet the nation’s needs and providing a pipeline of knowledge for students and the public.
