If you have ever been paralyzed with social anxiety or caught off guard and unsure of what to say, then YOU are in the RIGHT place!
Hillary Baggett is a Holistic Business Strategist and Consultant, Founder of the Women's Midlife Network for female entrepreneurs and business owners: women who know their purpose, have a heart to serve women 40 and Better. Inside women banish the mean girl so we can connect, collaborate, and celebrate our best years!
So it was a naturally great fit to meet and interview Dr. Julie Crenshaw, a Physical Therapist and Social Skills Coach, author of Navigating & Avoiding Awkward Conversations. She teaches basic socializing, small talk skills, dealing with conflict, and difficult subjects such as illness and grief. Her mission is to empower others to feel confident in their ability to express themselves and their needs/desires more clearly, and to be able to handle difficult situations and conversations with ease. She believes that with a strong foundation of compassion, boundaries, and a healthy mindset, anyone can learn to gracefully connect with others, no matter the situation. Hillary and Julie connected as both women entrepreneurs, but also because we are also professional therapists, occupational and physical therapy respectively.
Now, Julie is focused on how to help the caregivers of the world!

Do you know like a trust someone because they were military, successful, or because they did the work to create the transformation?
Hillary talks with fellow military spouse, Cece about the choices we make and the impact on weight loss, menopause, and self-love. And, she served in the military, is married to a retired Chaplain, AND did the work to transform her health journey.
Personal transformation comes at a cost of investing time, energy and money. Cece tells us how she came from being 175 pounds and depressed to being healthy, mindful, and blessed. She talks about weight gain in relation to menopause, the factors causing it, and how women who feel the symptoms can manage their weight and feel amazing.
She still enjoys the occasional cookie.
Cece Edison is a health coach and gifted speaker and she LIVES what she coaches. Wisdom has taught her that one can't be convinced they need coaching, they have to be ready to CHOOSE, DECIDE, NEED, WANT, and ASK for HELP and be ready for CHANGE!

Ep 58 What is your greatest fear? Snakes, heights, losing a loved one, failure, speaking in public or something else?
Well, I'm back and facing my fear! I took a few month off and realized that some people were catching up on missed episodes.
Fear of perfection had me frozen for a while. Plus, I was migrating my website to Systeme.io, rebranding with new fonts, colors, and a logo and combining websites and FB pages. So, by hiatus, I do not mean I was on a break, but I was busy with a lot of other stuff.
I will become more brave with every step forward. If we wait for the brave to come first, the chances are TOO great to stay stuck and frozen.
In Season 4, I am focusing on what midlife women are doing to get unstuck and move forward with new dreams, passions, and starting new chapters in their lives.
The next series will be meeting founding members, learning their Why behind what they are doing and how you can reach out to them.
