Taylor Stone is a former NFL cheerleader turned Holistic Health Coach specializing in weight-loss, anti-aging, detoxification, hormones and lifestyle coaching. She has a degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotion as well as multiple certificates from the National Academy of Sports Medicine and The Institute of Integrative Nutrition. She became passionate about a holistic approach to fitness after suffering from health issues during her NFL career secondary to excessive exercise, dieting and lack of self care. Her mission is to help women not only understand the holistic view of health, but learn how to raise their vibration and attract the life they want to live. She not only coaches women to raise their vibration, burn fat and heal their hormones, but to regain the confidence and joy they deserve in life. She’s also the Host of the Vibe Higher Podcast where she uses her platform to teach and connect with people to not only enhance their health, but step into their highest self.
