If you've been feeling like you're doing "all the things" and checking off lifes boxes on paper, but still feel unhappy or unfulfilled deep down, it could be your subconscious getting in the way! I have an amazing conversation with Karen Stanley a Rapid Transformational Therapist and host of the Create Today Podcast all around how to go about rewiring your brain on that subconscious level to achieve your goals and live a more balanced, peaceful life!
We talk about using hypnotherapy, and bust some common myths around it. Plus some other tools you can use in the moment when your feel triggered or uneasy about something. Karen even talks about how nervous system regulation is incredble for kids and how we can help teach our little ones simple techniques to recognize and process their feelings.

She's growing not one, but TWO businesses with two tiny humans at home! Riley Kramer spills all the tea on how she started curating a community of female small business owners by hosting local markets and how those relationships have opened so many other doors and opportunities for her and her family (plus all the new friendships she's created along the way). We talk about what it ACTUALLY looks like to grow a business from home with babies and toddlers running around and the importance of having a support system. I've had the pleasure of being in Riley's world through her recent Girls Camp meet up and the amount of marketing insights and how to grow a community of raving fans is incredible! Local to the East Valley in Arizona? Check out her upcoming market as either a shopper or a vendor!

I had THE BEST TIME at this year's Powerhouse Women event hosted by Lindsey Shwartz and I wanted to share with you some of my favorite key takeaways from the incredble speakers that were there! Some of them including Lori Harder and Jamie Kern Lima. There was this common theme around not being afraid of and actually embracing failure. As well as trusting your intuition when you have that "gut feeling" about something. If you feel like you have road blocks that keep getting in the way of what you want, or that you want it so badly but it's not here yet and you don't know why...this is the episode for you girl!

Let's chat building life on your own terms, why I'm against the "anti-hustle culture" (to an extent) and the importance of aligning your hustle with your ultimate goals. While it looks like I started another 9-5 business on the outside, it's actually still so aligned with my bigger vision, and I'm making this short term sacrifice with my time to achieve my long-term vision. It's time for you to shed the 'shoulds' and build their life on your own terms!

Do you KNOW you're meant for more and desire to live a big, beautiful, abundant life...but that goal seems SO far away or unattainable? In this episode I talk about how you can break down your goal into smaller, more attainable steps so you don't overload and fry your nervous system. While also addressing the biggest elephant in the room when we talk BIG goals..."How am I going to afford that"?

When your journaling, creating the vision board and saying your poitive affirmations each morning, but your still not seeing the results with your dreams and manifestations, this could be the problem. In this episode I break down 4 things could be holding you back and what you're gonna do to change them. Often times we're the ones getting in our own way of success and we don't even realize it!

Changing your mind, or pivoting to something new doesn't always mean the first thing was a failure. Change is actually encouraged and inevitable as we grow and evolve as humans throughout life! In this episode I share a pivot I'm going through right now in my career and how I'm not making it mean anything negative about me or my past decisions.
I'm also giving you tools to help you make the transistion a little smoother, and also ask yourself if the pivot is actually what you even want. We sometimes give up too soon when things get hard, and there is a difference between leaving behind what's no longer in alignment with your goals or values and pivoting to something different because you're scared of what might be required of you to make it happen (even if you really want).
