  • The Space Between Us: Overcoming Emotional Distance

    Here’s a shorter episode…

    I travel back into the past: specifically my work environments and how my stress manifested. (here’s my latte art, below.)

    So, I touch on:

    * thoughts & emotions when I wasn’t emotionally available

    * downsides & benefits of avoiding my emotions

    * what helped me bridge the gap (individuals who are themselves, respectfully)

    * what wears down my bridge (events & energy)

    * how I use bridge weatherproofing (creating space, not having expectations, being present)

    Thank you for being here- you can let me know if this resonates with you, and whether you like shorter or longer episodes (:

    Much Love,

    Ashley

    My Substack link you can share with loved ones (:

  • Showing Up Perfect-You're the Key & Lock (Part 2)

    … Being Perfect :

    (side note: if you’d like to support an introspective Cali folk artist, People To Please- Sharon Silva is great, dare I say, perfect. haha)

    So, I touch on….

    * journaling, free write journals….

    * As well that:

    * people aren’t their attachment styles and it’s not healthy to over-label yourself with negative concepts.

    * I explain showing up authentically

    * does not always mean you are getting along with people,

    * or that people agree with you in present time (and that’s okay).

    * Andd I dig a little deeper into…

    * “do people change who treated me badly?…”

    Journal Talk

    * Pen(cil) and Paper

    * Emotional Processing

    * Any regrets = new goals

    When Someone Isn’t hearing you

    * That’s your data

    * That’s their capacity: that’s all they can do

    * open doors

    You’re the Key and Lock

    * focusing too much on labels (attachment style labels)

    * overthinking with “a break in the dam”

    * not trusting what others think of you

    * feeling “off” after connecting with others

    And, climbing out. Climbing out of struggling with connecting with people, and trusting yourself, creating boundaries, so you connect better with loved ones.

    Today is a new day, right now is a new moment and it’s your choice what you do with it, that’s your right.

    So what feels right to you?

    What are you feeling pulled to do and who would you like to connect better with?

    ( hello! if you are not already getting my content, welcome. (: )

    (Can you tell I often listen to the Mel Robbins Podcast and the Let Them Theory Book? I say “Let them” so many times, but it’s a great perspective tool. haha )

    Thanks for coming!

    Much Love,

    Ashley

  • Showing Up Perfect: We Could Die at Any Moment (Part 1)

    Happy Halloween!

    (I loove this time of the year)

    In this podcast, I touch on….

    -Dialectics (opposite of Black & White thinking)

    -”Showing up Perfect” & Procrastination

    -Being the Judge of others: of course, I am using a highly, polarizing individual like Kanye West (personal step into dialectics when you’re showing up in relationships)

    -Misunderstandings & Not Showing Up Emotionally Available

    -Dream Journals

    (….and we will go into a lil Part 2…)

    Being “Perfect”

    I don’t know about you, but I like to do things well, and show up properly. I like to have as much info as I can, and then make the best move.

    But…

    Is that a problem?

    Is that the problem?

    Is that good, really?

    To be considering every option, everyone’s else’s opinion than just…

    showing up and living??

    aiming for a goal that isn’t possible?

    “Just say it out loud to see how it feels, weigh all the options”

    Showing Up Imperfectly

    Oftentimes my best conversations, are the one’s I am not planning, not thinking too much about: I’m just acting on my intuition, whatever I feel pulled to say and do, regardless of what kind of reaction I receive.

    The reason this is important is that is respecting myself and building trust with myself by carrying out activities that are meant for me to do, not ignoring them or making them seem insignificant, or saying I will do something “someday”.

    There is no someday, but there’s certainly today, this moment to do what you feel pulled to do.

    “ …People Say, ‘Don’t Say this, Don’t say that’… ”

    I am just a person, I am not God, and I am not the judge. (And neither are you.)

    It’s not my right to judge other people and their decisions, doesn’t matter who they are.

    It is my right to not be involved with individuals, or people I dont feel aligned with, but it’s not my right to grab pitchforks, fire and to talk about how horrible someone is.

    And those who enjoy doing that, I’d say you are hyper-focusing on hating others because there’s something you hate about yourself.

    This is why many people who aren’t growing, or have unhealthy beliefs, surround themselves around others who are not growing as well because it makes them feel good about themselves!

    So, it’s easier to hyper focus and project that onto others rather than dealing with your own bad behavior.

    You can point out your friends’ mistakes to them all while making your ego feel better while you are procrastinating, not making any progress on developing relationships, and not dealing with negative beliefs.

    Not a Fan of Therapy?

    Well, there’s absolutely free options to work on your mental health and letting go of the past.

    It’s normal not to feel comfortable talking to mental health experts you do not know, you are not connected with and don’t yet trust, I feel that’s totally normal.

    If that is you, well then, it will be you and a journal!

    and no judgment. ( leave that with your judgmental caregivers, in the past (; )

    Free writing, letting your emotions out or your thoughts can be extremely beneficial especially if you work a stressful job or have a stressful, busy life in general with kids or friends, your businesses, hobbies etc.

    I think of us like storage systems: we need a place to transfer the data we absorb from the days and the interactions we have: and a great, safe open place for that is with yourself, your thoughts, and your journal.

    Thanks for reading! Thanks for coming with an open mind.

    Much Love,

    Ashley

  • You Have Everything it Takes to be a Divine Creator

    The first official episode is starting at the bottom… rock bottom.

    We’re touching loosely on…

    * how apprehension and anxiety play out in relationships

    * specifically with uncomfy growth feelings and dynamics when we are not living in alignment with our highest self.

    We are asking ourselves questions on…

    * how we feel

    * who we are looking for?

    * the most important data is: your feelings and what comes up.

    ( Also, whoever you are looking for, that may be attributes you would like to create more for yourself. )

    Let me know your thoughts!

  • Helloo, I'm Ashley Reilly

    Welcome to No One is Coming.

    I’m posting this podcast because I feel so many people do not feel in control of their dreams, or they’re not doing the things that bring them to life.

    This is designed to ask tough questions especially for our fears, thoughts and beliefs our lives are based off of…

    Do you really feel in alignment with your best life, your authentic self?

    Is it “problems”, “circumstances”, “people” really holding you back in life?

    Seriously.

    Or, is it you?

    Are you showing up for yourself everyday, or are you “just too busy” showing up for…blah blah blah?

    Don’t you know you are a divine, golden creator?

    No One is Coming because you don’t need them.

    Thanks for sharing this space with me!

    Ashley
