How about you? Are you good at timing a comment or getting in the middle of an argument? I know for a fact I jump into a fire sometimes without thinking of the repercussions of my comment. Stress is all around us. It can happen in the morning over coffee or later after or during dinner. Sometimes it happens when we don't want it to, but it does. Stress isn't good for our brain health, physical or emotional health, and not good for our brain cells. So what do we do about it? Time to listen in!

If you don’t ramble now maybe you should. I have this thought that we should ramble often and whenever we feel the need. I feel it brings everything together for us. Have you ever thought of philosophy about your life and your life with ADHD? Years ago, I was asked to separate the two and come up with my philosophy for both. Fear is a real thing, and it's something we shouldn't be afraid to deal with in our lives. Fear can play a role in all aspects of our lives, but it's how we deal with it that's important. Avoiding our fears is the worst thing we can do. We need to confront, accept and deal with our fears in our own way.

It isn't just Mondays. It happens each day that priorities take precedent over our creative thinking. We live and breathe creativity, but life dictates that priorities come first. Is that a bad thing? Of course not; that's life. It's just a hurdle in our day, and it's something not to lose sleep over.

When I'm hacking like this, podcasting isn't the best place for me to chat. I wanted to fill you in on a little of what is going on, and I promise to be back Monday in full throttle, or at least I hope.
