The Aftermath

This past week has been rough, so Dylan and I just chill out and talk about the things that make us happy. Don’t take for granted the time you have, with the people you care the most about. I hope you enjoy this one.

The long awaited episode for all the Godzilla fans, Final Wars. Dylan and I have been hyping this one up for a long time, and with Ethan back in the studio it was the perfect time. This film has everything, guns, lasers, aliens, all the monsters, a motorcycle fight scene, it truly is a wild ride. Most of all we cannot forget the most important character Captain Gordon. He is the most American character, with a katana and we are all here for it.

In this episode we have a very special guest named Myron. Our intention was to watch Venus Wars with him for his first episode, but plans had to change. So instead we all talked about our history with video games. Myron talked about fighting games and how he got into them and we all shared our PlayStation 2 stories.

The war is over, or so you thought. Get ready because we’ve got everything, a new gundam, jazz music, a crazy telepathic cult leader, a Gogg! Just when you thought it couldn’t get any better, a whole squad of Acguys show up and make this thing a real party. It’s not about the wartime trauma that we have all faced, it’s about the friends we made along the way.

This perilous journey starts with a neglectful dad, just like his father before him. His quest is to reach his final form and save his daughter, but she was in no danger due to the godfather himself, Piccolo. These adventures in babysitting will end with the whole family fighting Cell 2: Electric Boogaloo.

Now stop me if you’ve heard this before, but some people were digging and went a little too deep and instead of finding The Lord of Fire and Shadow, they found dragons! Which as you can imagine, nearly brought about the end of the world. Leave it to the crazy American though, to bring a helicopter, tank, and a bunch of guns to fix the problem.

Join us on this riveting tale of a young geek trying to impress a girl by accidently hacking into the government and starting a nuclear war. Fear not, for they were able to trick the super computer with a few games of tic tac toe, and were able to save the world.

After nearly ending the world again, Shinji gets the chance to clear his head and do some good for himself. Leave it to his crazy father to get you all wrapped up in his schemes about reviving his dead mother. In the end the only thing a son can do for his father is pat him on his shoulder, or kill him. With this chapter coming to a close, Shinji finally has the chance to catch a break. They all lived happily ever after, the end.

Welcome to the third installment of Shinji, not being able to catch a break. He gets woken up from a 14 year coma just to get absolutely no info on what’s going on. That’s okay though, he eventually runs off and makes a new friend who brings him to new heights, literally. As well as nearly ending the world again.

For anyone who thought he was going to have a better run this movie, you’re not totally wrong. There are some nice moments, and even some hopeful ones. All Shinji needed was a little love in his life, but instead got the death of both of his friends. But in the end who had the last laugh after he ascended to godhood. The Third Impact is beginning. The world is ending.
