Talking about how the energies of Fire Horse support, interact and challenge us as we enter into this New Year.

Exploring how Power animals are different than Totems, providing us strength where we are weak, support so we don't over extend, and guide us through the darkness so we can return to the light. 

Discussing how the relationships in our lives are either preplanned contracts and contracts made on the fly as unexpected opportunities come into being. Knowing which is which and what the intention was/is can help us understand and navigate them.

Digging into how while meditation and mindfulness practices can enhance our ability to self regulate and improve our self-compassion, they are not helpful for everyone.  This level of internal focus can bring on panic attacks, anxiety and enhanced trauma responses causing us to escalate in behaviors which are meant to keep us safe. 

Looking at how we each select families which will provide them the necessary skills, experiences and motivations to prepare us to succeed in the goals we've set for the life ahead and how this doesn't mean we're responsible for them or their choices past, present or future. 

Looking at ways you can shift your life to being more about you and your path by adjusting the priority order of what you're doing and allowing yourself to pay attention to...well...yourself.

Digging into Ego, rather than being a negative thing we need to fight or control, is instead how we use our voice to set boundaries, manifest our best life into the world practically, and unfold our best self into interconnection with the rest of the universe. 

Digging into how to have conversations with your past selves so you can clarify why you chose the life you have now, what about it was planned, and what lessons you've already learned or alternatives you've already tried.

Discussing how Empathy is not a call to action, but Instead, is a sense, like hearing, which we can learn to use to our benefit and as a means of enhancing our life and relationships. 

Look at how in manifesting it is rarely set it or forget it, context matters, and how it's better to ask will vs can questions if you want guidance which is useful.
