In the past 10 years, the electronic dance scene has re-emerged with new energy & rebranded itself with a host of DJs/producers who have enhanced the culture, evolved the audio & technology and expanded the genre into mainstream worldwide success.

Kaskade & Deadmau5 are two of electronic music’s heavy hitters who’ve been part of this evolution and have brought the scene to new heights with their visceral sound.

Having collaborated on previous projects that have earned their badges in EDM history, the two will be coming together at this weekend’s Electric Daisy Carnival for their first time ever DJ set under the stage name Kx5.

On today’s episode, I will be discussing this massive duo along with the history of EDC and the evolution of rave culture.
