Hello, welcome back to the podcast this week. Once again, we’re doing a very special guest interview. This interview is with Cheryl Dornberg, she’s a member of Align & Design Your Life, and the reason I wanted to have Cheryl come onto the show is because her experience is one that so many of you could connect to. I find that for so many women entrepreneurs who have something unique to offer the world, that it can be a challenge to find the right platform, the right program, the right methodology, to bring that idea to the marketplace.
So when Cheryl came to me, she was at a place where she was having to change a lot of her business, partly because of COVID and partly because she was ready for something different. But she wasn’t able to find a business program that really honored her and her unique way of doing things
So coming into our program and working with the coaches and myself inside Align & Design Your Life, she was really able to tune into what she wants, into her true nature, into what really excites her and lights her up and, and is now able to create the outcomes that she wants for her business. There’s so much to learn from this episode, especially if you feel yourself at a crossroads.

About Cheryl:
Cheryl Dornberg is the founder, CEO & operator of Mrs. Dornberg’s Culinary Experience (founded 1996) in Highland, Indiana. She entered the food industry from a science, rather than a culinary, path having graduated from Northwestern University with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering.
Her engineering training helps her understand the science of food – from the reactions during cooking to the interactions within the body and its effects on overall health and well-being. She believes that food and cooking can be our most powerful tool in keeping our body and mind working at an optimal level.
After 15 years of corporate and personal catering and 17 years of providing clients with great tasting, healthy meals and other prepared foods on a weekly basis, she launched a Culinary Education Program in October 2011.
Through this program she offers a variety of seminars and classes that focus on concepts, techniques and tips to prepare and serve healthy, nutritious foods in your own kitchen. It is her belief that “cooking automatically makes you healthier” and every meal you prepare and consume at home is a step toward better heath. In January 2015, she expanded her teaching and now offers over 20 classes per month including her signature Cooking Fundamental classes.
In 2018, Cheryl completed 200+ hours of training and received her Culinary Nutrition Expert Certification (CNE) from the Academy of Culinary Nutrition (ACN). She now regularly helps those struggling with health and dietary issues overcome the obstacles that keep them from cooking and eating healthy.
Cheryl loves sharing her knowledge, experience and passion with her students and clients to help them feel better, achieve optimal health and make their lives a least a little less stressful.
She lives in Munster with her husband, Dave, and their two rescue cats, Zinny & Merlin.
