JUSTICE! Wisconsin Judge Hannah “Diner” Dugan, who took it upon herself to violate federal law in hiding an illegal alien in her court—to face charges of spousal abuse—and helping that alien to escape the courthouse to the street where agents finally caught him, has been CONVICTED OF A FELONY GOOD FOR YEARS IN PRISON.

The great and powerful President Donald J. Trump has ordered ramped efforts to denaturalize paperwork US “Citizens” who may have committed fraud in securing their American citizenship.

The path to naturalized US citizen is a long one, with many steps in the process—and millions of third-world migrants who have progressed to naturalized citizenship come from cultures in which guilty-free fraud is not only accepted but considered a normal social function.

Millions of these people are US citizens only in the most superficial and technical sense, are not and never will be assimilated cultural Americans, and maintain their sole cultural affinity to their nation and culture of birth.

Every one of them needs to be returned home, along with their families.

Another day, another federal appellate court victory for the great and powerful President Donald J. Trump, and another feckless ruling by an unelected, black-robed, tyrannical, inferior, federal district trial court Biden judge who was raised to the federal bench only AFTER Trump’s re-election but before he was sworn in has been hurled onto the rubbish heap of political history. 

Once again Trump’s authority as the democratically elected Article II. Executive Branch President and Commander in Chief has been re-affirmed, after the unelected DC District trial court Judge Jia Cobb (Biden, Nov. 12, 2024) had taken upon herself to order Trump about as if he were a clerk in her court. 

A three judge DC Circuit court of appeals panel—consisting of two Trump judges and one Obama judge—UNANIMOUSLY found that Cobb’s November 20 order enjoining Trump from deploying the National Guard to crime-torn Washington DC was a grotesque overreach of her limited Article III authority and stayed that order. 

A 2-1 Second Amendment decision out of the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals has just concluded that “We The People,” as envisioned by the Founders in our US Constitution, includes ILLEGAL INVADERS of our nation. 

This conclusion was unnecessary to the central legal question in this case—whether the illegal in the case was properly found guilty of being in unlawful possession of firearms, consistent with a federal statute that makes it unlawful for illegals to have guns—and so the unnecessarily far-reaching conclusion that illegals fall within the scope of “we the people” seems likely intended purely to poison the well on far broader politically contentious issues, such as birthright citizenship. 

This suspicion is not lessened when one realizes that the two-judge majority that concluded illegals fall within the scope of “we the people” were both appointed by Obama. 

In contrast, the single dissent goes to great lengths to explain why “we the people” must necessary exclude those who have invaded our nation unlawfully—and that judge was appointed by Trump.

Episode 1116.

An mass shooting event occurred yesterday at Bondi Beach in Australia, by a father-and-son killing team. As usual, the event has led to a tsunami of poorly-reasoned opinionating on social media—and most of that I’ll leave to the dummies to wrestle with.

In THIS show we’ll focus on the LEGAL DYNAMICS of defense against this kind of mass attack. What is legally permissible, and why? How is this legal different from a more traditional deadly-force self-defense scenario, and what additional tactical options does it make lawful that otherwise might be criminal? And MORE!

All of this will, of course, be from the legal perspective of AMERICAN use-of-force law, as if the event had tragically occurred in the United States rather than Australia. 

A repeated pattern among our Trump Deranged unelected, black-robed, tyrannical, inferior, federal district trial court judges is that the start presiding over cases with an anti-Trump decision already determined and then spew world-salad to achieve that outcome. 

More often than not, their feckless legal reasoning gets checked by their bosses on the relevant federal court of appeals, which then in the normal process of such things returns the case to the original trial judge for further litigation—ONLY to have that lower fabricate a SECOND world-salad order achieving the same pre-determined anti-Trump goal. 

This week we’ve seen this cycle happen yet again with Federal Judge Indira Talwani and the Planned Parent abortion case. Congress had passed a statute this year that sharply constrained financing for federally-funded abortions, Planned Parenthood sued in federal court in Massachusetts, and Judge Talwani has repeatedly issued world-salad orders freezing that statute—and has been repeatedly checked, again this week, by the court of appeals.

Just a month after rogue pro-invader Federal District Court Judge Jeffrey Cummings (Biden 2023) ordered the release of hundreds of illegal invaders detained by immigration authorities based on a 2022 Biden-agreed-upon consent decree about warrantless arrests of illegals, the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals panel with two Biden and one Trump appointed judge agreed to stay that order, keeping the invaders detained. 

A particularly interesting facet of this case—ignored by the two Biden appellate judges, but driving a forceful dissent by the Trump member of the panel—is whether it can even be lawful for a consent decree entered into by a prior administration to bind the executive authority of a later administration.  Such “zombie” consent decrees certainly appear profoundly undemocratic, as they prevent the American people from effecting political change through electing a new administration with preferred policies.
