Scottish wine, leap years and Courtney Cox not understanding Neil Atkinson are the order of the day for The Rider. You know how these things tend to work by now. There is the loosest agenda outside of the songs and then suddenly there is all the wham in the world.
The songs though. The songs are phenomenal this week. Ten belters. The Rider is quorate and at its best.

This is the first in a series of free audio documentaries, brought to you by The Anfield Wrap, reliving significant days in the history of Liverpool Football Club, in the words of those who were there to witness.
Part one of “TAW Moments In Time” tells the story of Kenny Dalglish’s resignation as manager of Liverpool, one of the most groundbreaking couple of days in the club’s history, with the circumstances surrounding his departure in February 1991 still being debated and discussed to this day.
Detailing the events of that fateful day are former players Bruce Grobbelaar and Glenn Hysen, former coach Roy Evans, journalists Graham Beecroft, Tony Evans, David Prentice, Brian Reade, Clive Tyldesley and Henry Winter, supporters Rob Gutmann, John Mackin, Mike Nevin and Kev Sampson, and TV presenter and daughter of Kenny, Kelly Cates.
We hope you enjoy listening.

Gareth Roberts hosts this week's show and is joined by Mike Nevin and Andy Heaton to try and make sense of a week in which Liverpool have gone from joy to abject despair.
In a no-holds barred hour long discussion, every aspect of Liverpool's performance is pulled apart as the reds chances of silverware took another dent after defeat to West Bromwich Albion in the FA Cup.
The show is followed by a sneak peek of our first ever 'TAW Moment In Time' audio documentary.

A packed Citytalk show sees The Anfield Wrap look at Liverpool's likely approach to the FA Cup this season and West Brom on Saturday night. Saturday night? What do we all make of that?
John Gibbons and Heather Carroll chat to Beth England and Alex Greenwood about Liverpool Ladies's season to date and the games to come. They also speak to manager Scott Rogers.
Neil Atkinson and Mike Nevin pay tribute to Jimmy Armfield, a legend of the English game before all eyes are on West Brom and that fourth round tie. Joined by Tim Smith and Andy Heaton on top of everyone else, it's a great show with a cast of thousands.

Lizzi Doyle joins us and we love her and can be best described as overexcited. Loads of chat about spin because it appears to dominate lives these days. Spin is out of control. Disco Spin. Hip-Hop Spin. 90s Spin. Spin this. Spin that. Spin the other.
Anyway.
The Rider has some terrific new songs lined up as well as spin. A few returning old friends and some new business all come together from Neil Atkinson, Adam Melia, Stephanie Heneghan and the aforementioned Lizzi.
We also talk to Lizzi about the Mental Health Marathon she worked on and we ask what everyone is reading.

Taff to take for Liverpool at Swansea as they ended their unbeaten run in South Wales. Was it a bad approach from Klopp and his players or more likely just "one of them"? Did anyone play well? Is it too easy to forget that Liverpool had chances at 0-0 to open the scoring?
In general though these have been the games Liverpool have been struggling in. Is there something underlying in that?
Neil Atkinson hosts as Ian Salmon, Andy Heaton and Rob Gutmann chat through the game and this show is in association with Redsbet. To open an account click on the following link - http://bit.ly/TAWRedsBet

What a win to go through - a massive victory for The Reds as they vanquished Manchester City from Anfield.
Great performances all over the park from The Reds - Emre Can, Gini Wijnaldum, Andy Robertson and our stellar front three all produced the goods.
The goalkeeper is also a bone of contention.
Neil Atkinson hosts as Melissa Reddy, Dan Morgan, Gareth Roberts and Mike Nevin are all in the room and we also get stuck into the transfer picture.
