On this week's episode, I share a personal update on how my intuitive eating journey is going and the decision to go ALL IN. 

A process of eating minimum 2500 calories daily with no upper limit to regain menstrual function but also to restore my natural hunger & satiety cues. Removing food rules & restrictions, letting my body know it's safe to eat. Safe to say my appetite has soared. 😅

I'm doing this for me, my happiness, my health and to stop restricting, finally, and to start fixing. ❤️‍🩹

Today is a BIG day where I woke up and had the urge to finally depart from using the food scales! 😅

I have been tracking calories/macros on and off for over 12 years, so to get a place where I feel ready to start this journey with conviction, calm and confidence is SO liberating.

But none of it really held me… because deep down I wasn’t holding myself.

So in order to evolve into the highest level version of me, I let these crutches go because I didn't need them anymore. They weren't serving me. 

My self concept is now bulletproof. I have gained self trust, love and respect for myself unconditionally.
