On today's episode, we are rolling up our sleeves to commit to the HARD of our choice.
We dive into a quick "Captain's Log" to provide a pulse on what I've been up to. I'll drop you a few new licks on the uke and then we'll be delving into today's topic.
We always have at least a few options. Yet, the option that we choose has the opportunity to provide us with so much freedom. It just may mean doing a little extra work first.
I've been very intentional about my hards lately.
And today, I'm sharing some of my anecdotes for committing to the life we desire and CHOOSING our hard.

As I shift between my roles as a business operator, head coach, life coach, marketing guy, sales guy, friend, brother, nutrition specialist, and fitness guru, sometimes the "podcaster" has nothing left to give.
But the mission of The Antidote always remains: to evolve the human condition by creating awareness and direction toward the more beautiful world that we get to co-create together.
So, here I am. Back again. With a new treasure trove of topics and tools to provide, discuss, and unpack. A list of awesome people doing amazing things to interview. Plenty of new songs and poetry to share and always more smiles to make.
Thank you for your patience and welcome back to THE ANTIDOTE.

It's been a while.
So, today, I'm catching you up on all of the epic stuff I've been up to.
Throughout the episode, I'll be providing personal anecdotes that I've been applying to life so that you, too, might have some applicable concepts to improve your own.
I give a taste of the many business ventures I've been up to and the cosmic connection to all. I share my personal shift in routines to honor the flow of life, prioritizing that which is most important for the growth spurt I'm in. I share some mindset shifts and reframes that may be helpful and, when you make it to the end, I'll share a new tune I've been working on called "bathe in light."
Hope you enjoy, subscribe and give a good rating so others can find The Antidote as well.

People advise you to have an attorney, to have a doctor, and a CFP, but they generally leave out the most important type of friend to have on your team.
A WIZARD.
Dylan Varenhorst is a long-time friend and business partner, and he is my wizard. Meaning, he's the guy I call when I have no words to explain what's happening here on earth and in my life.
Dylan's primary tool is Human Design, you can find him on all platforms @humandesignmaven but today I had him come on the podcast to talk about, well, some Human Design, but more so, the category of tools that Human Design might fit into.
We titled the episode "Interdimensional Communication Methods" because we felt it encompassed many of the divinity arts and psychic channels that are available if we gain the insight to listen.
I'm super excited to bring Dylan back to The Antidote and I hope you will enjoy this episode as much as I did.

In this episode, I unpack a concept that often gets a bit too polarized.
Many people in our society seem to be either chanting to "kill the ego" and not compete, or we are living in a "win at all costs" mentality. But certainly, there must be a way to compete in a healthy way.
In this episode, I unpack my philosophies around competition, provide some poetry and history around the word and most importantly, discuss the relationship I have developed and recommend that we all try on.
