In this episode, we're jamming on the concepts of interconnectedness.
After closing an intimate coaching session I was called to share why it's so important to show up for your fellow human and why you value just as much from the giving as the receiving. Reciprocity is a term used often in the "kombucha drinking circles" but rarely with as much intention as it deserves.
We dive into some of the ways we get to reciprocate for each other and just how the smallest acts of kindness can be as important as the gigantic ones.
I share some tales of my past adventures with friends I've had for way too long and how easy it can be to show up when you know you are supported by a tribe that knows and love you.

Today I have the absolute pleasure of being joined by my dear friend and brother, Justin Abrams.
Justin is a full-time musician and has played all over the world. Him and I have shared many adventures, including the ongoing block party performances that we rebelliously started during the heat of the pandemic. Everything Justin does, he does to bring more of what matters most into the hearts of everyone who will listen. Music that something and connection is the WHY.
Join him and I on today's episode of The Antidote for some tales, some laughs, some helpful medicine, music and inspiration.

What was most important to you when you were 3?
If you sift back through your memories, are they mostly happy or sad?
Can we unlearn some of the stories that have kept us from honoring our own sweet innocence?
These are some of the questions that we discuss when we start doing worth with our inner child and something that we are jamming on today.
I break down the episode into two parts, 1. doing the work. 2. living in alignment with our inner child.
Learn some of the techniques I use with my clients who are working on healing the lost parts of themselves and discover how truly awesome life can be when we are living in alignment with our inner child.
Enjoy. Share. Do the work. And always,
Be Light

Today I'm joined by dear friend, and assistant coach of the Living Legends Coaching group, Hollywood Mike.
Mike goes into detail about why "good" communication is quickly becoming a lost art as well as what we can do to salvage it.
We get into some history and the harder conversations like asking for help and some of the losses we have gone through which have shaped us into the men we are today. We laugh, we cry and we keep the vibe high. Because that is the antidote.
Please enjoy this uninterrupted episode and follow Mike @HollywoodMike1111

This week I'm joined by my dear friend Kelli Heald. Kelli is a meditation coach, retreat host, mother, widow, and a total badass.
Today she's here to share some of her story and offer the tool that saved her life. No stranger to grief, in 2015 Kelli suffered her biggest loss when her husband died of rare bone disease. Since then, Kelli has been on a healing journey that has gifted her with an entirely new outlook on life and a toolbelt full of healing tools that she hopes only to share with anyone else looking to heal their trauma.
Come find out how Kelli has shifted her trauma into super powers and learn how you can do the same as well.

In this episode of The Antidote, I am honored to be joined by superstar UFC pro fighter Bobby Green.
ETA (Evolve Through Adversity) is a new series we've been building along with our DNA partnership. If you haven't joined us yet, stay up to date in the DNA Network.
Today's guest, however, is a man who may take the adversity throne, as his fighting name reflects, Bobby "King" Green has dealt with more in his first 37 years than many do in a lifetime. Explore what it was like for Green to grow up through unrelenting trials and tribulations. From the foster care system of several different homes, drugs, gangs, homelessness, unruly dishonorary army discharge, losing fights, losing a younger brother, and still rising to be a beacon of hope for others.
His fighting style is unique and his personality is contagious. This was, hands-down one of the most fun episodes I've ever recorded. There was laughing, shock, pain, and a whole lot of medicine that came out of the sharing of this journey. How grateful am I to share the mic with this absolute legend.
Please enjoy, share, follow.
And always

Today's episode is inspired by one of the many lessons I learned from my father. "Your attitude determines your altitude."
But, what does that actually mean?
We break down the word "attitude" and offer some ways to consider what this word means as a filter for life.
We break down the word "altitude" by taking a look at the emotional frequency scale and getting honest about how high we choose to vibe.
I make a BIG announcement, I talk a bit about childhood and give away some easy-to-use tools to start up-leveling your life immediately.
Please enjoy this episode of The Antidote.
In this episode I unpack, what I believe is, the most important concept there ever was.
Fear is fake.
And, any time we allow fear to lead us, it is simply an invitation to return to the only thing that is real, and that is Love.
And, even Love falls short of what that life-giving, unseen force is. Call it God or Chi, energy, or quantum space, but, I believe, and what we gather from this episode is that all of THAT becomes greater, and more potent as we continue elevating our own frequency.
So, by choosing and moving in the direction of Love, we are choosing and moving in the direction of more energy, more abundance, more chi. Counter to that, as we move toward fear-based emotions, we fall away from that energy, becoming more dense instead.
So, how do we continue choosing less fear and more love?
Tune in to find out how my clients and I do it.
In this episode I also announce a truly epic new partnership with DNA www.donothingaverage.com, I announce our next retreat in Hawaii, late October www.CraveRetreat.com and I throw some savage tunes into your dome-piece throughout.
Please enjoy. Like. Subscribe. Share.
Cuz, we're all just walking each other home. And this can help. :-)

In this episode, I'm recording LIVE in "The DNA League" Facebook Group, to jam on an extremely important subject...
Balance.
We've all heard "everything in moderation" but shouldn't there be times in our lives where BALANCE appears severely OUT of balance?
How can we commit to the right type of balance for ourselves on a regular basis? Can we do it in such a way as to not diminish our passions and our deep feeling hearts? What does being out of balance in the right direction look like?
Answer these questions with us and find out how I balance the two lives I get to live in Hawaii and California.
Tune in to hear my five tools for short-term balance, 4 tools for long-term balance, and 1 X-factor tool to be used only a few times each lifetime.
