Today I had a the absolute pleasure to talk about living our best life with author, speaker and the bucket list guy himself, Trav Bell. Trav explains how a simple Bucket List is something he has used in the past to escape depression and how this is something we need to act on now, and stop waiting until we are on deaths doorstep.
