I want you to know they don’t make you a failure , they make you human.
That is why I am a huge fan of creating structure in your life that allows you to form rituals and habits to get back on track.
Here are 5 things I have learned over the years
1- Write that shit down and schedule it in your day , and be as specific as possible.
It’s not enough to schedule it in, you have to make it specific and give a reason behind it
2 - Make a commitment
Do you have what it takes to follow through with something? You must learn that success is the average of your default day in life.
3 - Have someone in your life that hods you accountable
Yup, you need a mentor, coach, to someone who will hold you to the standards you hold for yourself

The mind will do everything to hold on what it knows for a sense of control, but you have to be willing to make sacrifices to get to where you want to go.
