Award-winning author Tina Hogan Grant was born in England and moved to the States in 1979. After moving to California, she became a commercial fisherwoman and spent ten years fishing off the southern coast of California with her husband Gordon. After retiring from fishing, they moved to a small mountain community in CA and spent the next ten years building their dream home, doing most of the work themselves.

Grant enjoys writing suspense romances, stories with strong female characters who know what they want and aren't afraid to chase their dreams.

Clyve Rose has been writing historical romance fiction for the best part of two decades. She works in the historical romance, fantasy, and speculative fiction genres. She also creates literary novels under an alternative pen name. In between her devotion to fiction writing, Clyve researches various mythologies and historical periods, often basing her characters on actual historical personalities.

When Clyve isn’t writing fiction, she can be found pounding the sand at just about any of the beautiful beaches near her Australian home. She is also addicted to short-haul ocean swims and has a ‘thing’ for Poseidon, the ancient Greek god of the Seas. Much of the inspiration in her stories are drawn from the ocean landscapes near her home.

The first piece she ever had published was a fictional biography of an erotica writer who made a living crafting extremely explicit dating profiles for online chat sites. I am Victoria J. Hyla (Victoria Hyla Maldonado) and the author of the Hearts Drawn Wyld trilogy (In Death We Part, Running in the Mists, Awake in Elysian Fields) as well as several anthology short stories, and the children’s books (Bartleby the Brave, Mieodsin el Valiente) and the upcoming Tears for the Butterfly. I also am the editor of The Evidence I Have Lived. I have been writing my entire life and, when not authoring, I work as a freelance writer and editor in the western suburbs of Chicago with my husband and children.

I first published under my maiden name (Victoria J. Hyla), which is still my romance publishing name. I grew up, and have mostly lived, in the Chicago suburbs. I now live in the far western suburbs of Chicago with my husband, five-year-old twins, and sometimes my 15-year-old stepson. I’ve been blessed to make this author thing work full time, but I’ve had careers as a writer and editor and a teacher of English, English as a Second Language, and French at the middle school and high school levels.

Her debut memoir "There's Always a Hitch" was inspired by her mother's diary from her travels in 1958 with her best friends and showed the friendship, resilience, and insights into women of the time along with Sophie's travels and adventures in the current day.
