How do you speak to yourself? Many of us automatically talk negatively to ourselves thanks to our upbringing, society, experiences, or all of the above. Without even realizing it, we are sabotaging our daily life and stopping ourselves from becoming the person we know we can be.

In this episode, I talk about how we can catch ourselves and stop the thoughts before they send us on a negative spiral. I also speak to one practice that has worked for me - turning "when" into "will".
