What would be more horrifying in your life than a villain just squeaking their way into a space where they aren't wanted? 

This week, thats insecurity, imposter syndrome and procrastination in your own life, getting in your own way and listening to the bullshit opinions of others. I hope you're love my endearing intro on how I have no idea how to go live in TIKTOK, but also the ramblings of how I work through the tragic endings of the things that make you feel like shit about yourself, about your lives and about the way you work to care and thrive in your occupational opportunities (ya know, your main source of income for a job). So gather around babes, you're not alone, you're not incapable or insufficient in talent- you're exactly where you need to be and everything is always working out for you.

I remember sitting on the couch on my Gran's davenport and watching 'murder she wrote' all by myself. I don't exactly think Gran knew what I was getting myself into, ya know just a precursor for my love to true crime, mystery, suspense and a flair for dramatics. I am sure that I was meant to be an actress in a former life or so I think.

Angela was one of a kind, particularly type cast in some roles but also shining the brightest in the most peculiar way (kind of like Mary Poppins' spoon full of sugar but in a spicy way). I didn't continue to read the entire article written by Daniel Lewis of the New York Times (@NYTimes) but I did play the audio of a charming post life interview 'The Last Word: Angela Lansbury' by Mervyn Rothstein & Kassie Bracken stating; The New York Times sat down with Angela Lansbury in 2010 to discuss her life and accomplishments on the stage and screen. on 10/4/22, the world lost a dynamic woman in Country music and what a life to lead she had. From hardships to heroing tales of women empowerment, regardless of her passing this month, she was on the top of my list for #womentowatch because she was such a presence in all facets of her life and ours. 

Thank you for her family for producing some amazing words of the life and times of Loretta and a heartfelt article in the NY Times by Margaret Renkl, a contributor who got to sit and chat with her many years ago to form the instant love match between the two. I am gathering that literally anyone that had the time to share the air with THE Loretta Lynn instantly fell in and felt love in return. 

Long live the legacy, love and life of Loretta. Thank you so much for your powerful words and coming from a women who has risen from piles of ashes in her young 41 years, I appreciate the ability to soak up and disappear in your lyrics when I need too. I can't wait to blare some tunes and dance in my dining room in your honor. God speed darlin, we love you.

Not all heroes wear capes, we here this time and time again in all aspects of our lives but DID YOU KNOW YOU HAVE EVERYTHING IN YOUR TO BE YOUR OWN HERO!!!!!! yea, I added CAPS because I MEAN IT, babes. you've got this, we've got this. 

So, what does it actually take to BE A HERO? By definition a HERO is: the dictionary defines “hero” as “a person who is admired or idealized for courage, outstanding achievements, or noble qualities.” The definition of “a hero” has changed over the years, people arguing about if a hero must risk their life selflessly or very simply just be courageous. I've lived in Texas for about 16 years and I have never really emersed myself in different cultures and community outside of my own, and that is most definitely on me as there are so many different things to learn from the human race. Hispanic Heritage Month runs from 9/15-10/15 and I intend to attend more events and learn more about not only the amazing women I chat about here but the amazing ones I run businesses alongside.

I am so so excited to introduce you to a SIX part series called 'Create Your Own Fairytale' for a couple of reasons, I can really give into the concepts and how it can relate to your daily lives and honestly, because I watch fairytale rom-com's for the strong willed women, fashion and of course, the libraries (insert my fav, Beauty and the Beast). 

Thanks to the folks at the Imagine Forest blog, I had no idea where there with SIX parts to a fairytale. I just went ahead and loved movies from beginning to end and then realized that breaking this down is a really cool time to sit with myself and analyze and then share all those little snippets of goodness to you! I want to help you become the main character of your life. because you deserve it. damn right you do and we're gonna do this together. 

Today's episode is discussing the 'moral' or lesson of the story, For example, the moral of 'Cinderella' is showing kindness to everyone, no matter how they treat you. It is her kindness that wins the Prince over and helps her to live happily ever after. Other great examples of morals can be found from reading Aesop’s fables, just check out this post on top 12 life lessons according to Aesop's Fables.

I also found some amazingly kind, gracious and amazing words that were said about the Queen is quite a compilation of all the things we'd like to be said about us when we're no longer here.

I can't say it enough or fast enough- God love a woman who is dutiful to her values, and beliefs but also so fearlessly accurate in the treatment of herself and others, its magnificent. Long live the Queen indeed. Long life the Queen.

Thank you so much for hanging with me each/every week and believe in all that I am putting out here to help inspire, encourage and love you as well as I can. 

Growing up as a small town Indiana girl, I never really believed in the Prince Charming kind of life. We grew up learning to dominate like the boys, playing against some of the greats in our neighborhood as well as learning to be loud enough to stand up for ourselves and use our sassy voices to get everything that we imagined. Those Roseberry girls, we don't follow a path, we blaze our own trail. 

Why does this all relate to royalty, well, for the last SEVENTY years a woman as shaped multiple views of the Commonwealth, the realms and the like. While building a family, Elizabeth Alexandra Mary Windsor did as many great things that she was never summoned to do as Queen. She definitely went above and beyond with such a great grace and humble opportunity to strive in multiple facets of her reign.
