Dave and I collaborated on many exciting and creative projects, some which even involved our furry friends. Then there was an ugly competition as well that threatened to destroy the spirit of cooperation at our school, but fortunately  the spoils went to the proper victors and balance was restored.

During my heady days of freedom when I first got to Atlanta I flung myself into as many new relationships and friendships as I could manage. At one point I impressed even my mom with my wild social calendar. That was no easy feat. I was in my glory, but definitely flying too close to the sun.

I went on to work on my photography skills at a brand new school in Atlanta. I had never lived in the south or spent much time there, so it was funny to realize what a carpetbagger I really was. Make no mistake, they thought so too. It was a fascinating education in more ways than one.

At Club Med in Mexico I met a boy from Canada and had a brief but thrilling affair. Hey, your 20s is the time for those things, n'est ce pas? It served to highlight some of the problems with my primary relationship, however, and we decided to spend some time apart to reevaluate our needs.
