In the 2nd hour, I will be joined by 1st Tuesday of the month regular guest, Sam The Cooking Guy. We missed him last month so we have plenty of stuff to catch up on to include the opening of his 2nd restaurant, the opportunity to get a hold of a 3rd restaurant (in the works) and, of course, talk about those incredibly delicious looking scalloped potatoes that he did earlier this week for his YouTube Channel!

Helping me close the show tonight is Weber Grill's Grillmaster, Kevin Kolman. The Weber pellet cooker is the hottest topic in the backyard world right now and has been for the past 2 weeks. There has been concern from current SmokeFire owners about pellet feeding issues, ash collection, grease collection, the needed use of drip pans and grease fires. We will talk to Kevin about all of these issues and see what Weber is planning to do for their current owner base.

We start March off with a bang! First up is Malcom Reed from How To BBQ Right and Killer Hogs BBQ Team. Malcom is actually in transit getting his brand new competition trailer that we have talked about in past segments. We will get the latest feedback from him on this project, talk about his recent trip to Jamaica and find out how to make his Mississippi Po-Boy that is currently on his YouTube Channel!

After Malcom, I will be joined by BBQ Hall of Fame'er and BBQ Central Show Guest Hall of Fame'er, Dr. BBQ Ray Lampe! Ray made a big announcement yesterday saying that his 17 year run with Big Green Egg has ended. We will talk about what led to that decision and what he has in the pipeline for 2020! We will also talk about his recent partnership with the Turkey Federation and what he will be doing for them while spreading the good word of turkey. Of course, we will get a Dr. BBQ restaurant update as well. Always a fun time with Ray!

What’s on tap: Taking you back to 1/25/2011 - One of the original BBQ Central Show logos was made by a graphic designer named Bryan Knox...I originally met Bryan on my BBQ forum (when I owned one) and he offered up his services to make me a more professional looking image.  He also happened to own a small BBQ rub company. This was an interview I did with him on his products. These items are still available to purchase today...I can tell you from first hand experience...if you like real ass pepper on your steak...his cracked black pepper rub might change your life forever!!  It is THAT good!! He also had some ambrosia hot sauce deal that was flat out INSANE...one of the best sauces I ever had in my life!!
