Today’s guest on The Be Ruthless Show is as real as they come. She shares it all to help others - even just one. Allison Vukovich is an intuitive medium and mental health advocate from Northeastern Pennsylvania.

Allison struggled with a lot of grief at a young age, so she leaned into her spiritual side as a coping mechanism. After realizing how much this helped her heal, Allison started her business - Souls of a Feather - to offer online readings and guidance to others who are struggling.

Shortly after her mental health improved, Allison found out that she was pregnant. She suffered from extreme prenatal anxiety and later major postpartum depression.

Since going through these experiences, Allison is more motivated than ever to spread love, heal, and inspire throughsoul growth - which Allison defines to be mental health, physical health, self love, and self development.

I shouldn’t be surprised that there’s another mass shooting today, at another school. And I shouldn’t be surprised to hear conversations about automatic gun law legislation.

Safety concerns push University of Colorado students to request alternative class attendance options.

This is the world we live in, and these aren’t the only students recently impacted by real threats. We unfortunately hear about it somewhere every single day.

Including today. Two staff are in the hospital after being shot by a student earlier this morning at East High School in Denver, Colorado.

And what mental health follow up do the schools have in place??? There was an article last week reporting that 125 of 180 Colorado schools have no mental health professionals on staff.

Lovely.

I’m extremely impressed with the steps the University of Colorado students are taking, but it’s not their responsibility! We need to do better, Colorado.And we need to do better, World. Period.
