This past week we had Navid Moosa on the show. Navid is currently training for a bodybuilding contest and shared with us his thoughts about both the mental and physical side of training.
Three things I learned from my time with Navid:
1. Admitting the hard truths about yourself makes you tougher.
2. Do I value safety or reward more?
3. When I decide to step up, though it may be scary, uncomfortable and painful, imagine what's on the other side of all of that.
