After being back-stabbed, Moorhead's 'Beer Baron' unleashed a weird crime in Sabin, and gangster life in town would never be the same. No one can quite figure out why the kingpin of the Minnesota town's illegal liquor business would mastermind a bank robbery, then try to attract the attention of the police on the way out of town. No matter why he did it, Jake Schumacher helped put the nail in the coffin of gangster life in Moorhead.
