Reese, Kmac, and Alex discuss the ongoing coaching carousel in college football, weighing whether Lane Kiffin might jump from Ole Miss to programs like LSU or Florida and debating if even a powerhouse like LSU could ever tempt Nick Saban out of retirement.
Lane Kiffin is currently the head coach of the Ole Miss Rebels and he has been heavily linked to head-coaching openings at LSU and Florida, though he has stated that money will not be the deciding factor in his next career move. Would Lane Kiffin leave Ole Miss to coach at schools like Florida and LSU?
Nick Saban is still a major figure in college football. Despite speculation around major coaching openings, he has firmly stated that he has no interest in returning to coaching. Could a school like LSU make Saban reconsider?

Reese and Alex discuss the Blue Jays win over the Dodgers.
In Game 4 of the 2025 World Series last night, the Toronto Blue Jays defeated the Los Angeles Dodgers 6-2 to even the series at 2-2. The key moment came in the third inning, when Vladimir Guerrero Jr. launched a two-run homer off Dodgers ace Shohei Ohtani, giving Toronto a lead they never relinquished. The Blue Jays then broke the game open with a four-run seventh inning, ultimately outhitting the Dodgers 11–6.
Ohtani, making his World Series pitching debut, worked six innings but allowed four earned runs on six hits while striking out six. The Dodgers’ lineup struggled to generate offense after their grueling 18-inning victory the previous night, showing visible fatigue. With the win, the Blue Jays ensured that the series will return to Toronto, where they’ll have a chance to take the lead in Game 5.
Shohei Ohtani is an amazing talent, but is he a generational taent? What is a generational talent?

Reese, Pam and Alex discuss Shohei Ohtani, Freddie Freeman and last night's historic World Series game.
The Los Angeles Dodgers outlasted the Toronto Blue Jays in an instant classic last night, winning 6-5 in 18 innings to take a 2-1 lead in the 2025 World Series. The marathon matchup tied the record for the longest game by innings in World Series history and lasted six hours and 39 minutes, making it the second-longest by duration. Freddie Freeman delivered the decisive moment, launching a walk-off home run in the bottom of the 18th inning off Blue Jays reliever Brendon Little. Shohei Ohtani put on a historic performance, reaching base nine times, a postseason record, while hitting two home runs, two doubles and drawing five walks, four of them intentional.
Los Angeles used 10 pitchers in total, with rookie reliever Will Klein throwing four shutout innings to earn the win. Freeman’s homer not only sealed the victory, but also made him the first player in MLB history to hit multiple walk-off home runs in World Series play. Are the Blue Jays in trouble? How special is Shohei Ohtani?
