Colin, Lewiston, ME - I have a brother in the Lord who believes that Adam was created as a hermaphrodite (both fully man and fully female) on the 6th day of creation. His reasoning is based on the naming of the beasts and birds in chapter 2. He said that there is no way Adam could have named all the beasts and birds of the Earth within a 24 hour day. In order to maintain a 24 hour standard interpretation of the 7 days of creation, Eve could not have been created out of Adam on Day 6 until all the beasts and birds were named. Therefore, she had to be created as a separate unique human sometime after God rested on the 7th day. He confirms the separation and differing roles of men and women but just thinks that literally reading Genesis chapters 1 and 2 together creates the need for a fully male and female human on Day 6. What are your thoughts?

Sue, Beaufort, SC (Live Dictation) - I was listening to Erwin Lutzer a few weeks ago, and he mentioned Deaconesses in his church. Would Pastor Broggi please explain what a Deaconess is?

James, Long Creek, SC - I believe that all Scripture is given by inspiration of God and that Holy men of God wrote as they were moved by the Holy Spirit. We are told that all Scripture is inspired by God only when we read what Paul wrote to Timothy. What are the other evidences?  Why do we believe the NT is inspired when that obviously wasn't what Paul was referring to? Most wasn't written yet. Is the assembly of the canon at the Council of Nicaea the only credential we have? I know why the 66 books of the canon were selected, but how do we know that Paul's statement that "All Scripture is given by inspiration of God" includes all, and not only those 66 books?

Robert, Okatie, SC (Live Dictation) -  I have been saving money to buy a Bible commentary, and if I could buy only one, which commentary would Dr. Broggi recommend?

BJ - Why would a pastor of a Church tell their congregation to binge watch, the TV show, The Chosen first 2 seasons?  I grew up as a small child in a Baptist church, then a Pentecostal Church. I drifted away for a a long time, but I was taught right and wrong.  Now today, I enjoy listening to Dr. Broggi because he does preach the word of God, Also I would like to ask why do you think Churches in GA  and SC don't post signs that they stand with Israel.  being that Israel is God's chosen people?
