Brian Waddingham from CSIF gives us some info on the upcoming Farming for your Future Conference. Stu Swanson gives some insight on the importance of the relationship between grain and livestock producers. ICGA President Jolene Riessen talks about receiving the Wergin Good Farm Neighbor Award and the future of the corn industry. To end the hour, we hear a report from David Geiger's day at the World Food Prize yesterday with 2010 Laureate David Beckman talking about the impact of wars on food insecurity.

Thursday's Second Hour: Iowa State University cattle economist Dr. Lee Schultz talks about the important numbers he saw in last Friday's Cattle on Feed report and the size of the cattle herd. Tom Buis from the American Carbon Alliance joins us to address recent news of carbon pipeline delays in Iowa and expresses the importance he sees in continuing to pursue projects. Midwest Market Solutions' Brian Hoops gives us a look at his targets for grain markets as we end today's show.

Thursday's First Hour: To begin today's show, David Geiger reports from the World Food Prize with Adam Herges discussing the Iowa-India Summit. David also talks with Arkansas Attorney General Tim Griffin about a new ruling in foreign land ownership in Arkansas and the penalties being handed down. Brian Hoops, President of Midwest Market Solutions, talks markets with us this morning. To end the hour, Bob talks with Dragotec President Denny Bollig and they look at the wrapping up of harvest and how their corn head technology is performing.

Wednesday's Second Hour: The 2023 Norman E. Borlaug International Dialogue is underway in Des Moines and David Geiger caught up with a couple of the participants. To start the hour, we hear a conversation he had with Former Governor of Iowa Terry Branstad about the inaugural World Food Prize and the past laureates. He also talks with representatives from the Norman Borlaug Heritage Foundation. At the end of the show we talk with Al Kluis of Kluis Commodity Advisors about markets, minutes after the announcement of an elected Speaker of the House of Representatives.

Wednesday's First Hour: Registration for the Coalition to Support Iowa's Farmers' Farming for the Future conference is now open and Brian Waddingham from CSIF is with us to start the show to talk about what to expect on November 30th and how to register. Iowa State University Extension Agronomist Rebecca Vittetoe in East-Central Iowa gives us a look into soil moisture and rainfall in her area, a harvest progress update, and cover crop usage. Al Kluis from Kluis Commodity Advisors digs into the grain and livestock markets with us. And it's Wyffels Wednesday on The Big Show with Agronomy Manager Eric Wilson! He tells us about the remainder of harvest in Iowa, stalk quality, and disease issues he's hearing about from harvesters.

Iowa' Secretary of Agriculture Mike Naig joins the show to discuss the first confirmed case of Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza in Iowa since March. And Jamey Kohake from Paragon Investments finishes todays show with an update on markets.

Monday's First Hour: Brad Lyle from Partners for Production Agriculture breaks down last Friday's Cattle on Feed Report from the USDA and how it is impacting early-week markets.
