Matt LeBris is a born and raised NY’er who inevitably caught the hustlers spirit that fills his hometown streets. A Forbes 30 Under 30nominee, Matt has previously worked with Daymond John of Shark Tank and currently hosts a top 1% globally ranked podcast, Decoding Success, which features the likes of Mel Robbins, Grant Cardone, and many more. The mission Matt has set out on is to positively impact one life daily.
Matt grew up in Queens, New York. His is the story of a self-proclaimed "class clown" who turned his life around by turning within. He's a great example of someone who found success in the hustle culture, but was unfulfilled and finally found his groove when he began to focus on serving others from the inside out. When he was little, he was shamed for showing emotion, but he learned that getting in touch with your heart is the only way to be truly successful, living through the lens of love. He is 100% authentic and he's obsessed with helping others achieve success in their own lives. If you stay to the end, you’ll find out where to get the best slice of pizza in New York City. We get really deep in this talk.
