In todays episode, Jaden discusses the question "Are you happy?". The best thing you could ask yourself is "Am I happy?", and it comes down to more than that. It is more about fufillment, and if you aren't, what are you going to do about it? Do you have a purpose? Is it chasing money? The money comes when everything in your life is in order. When you have a higher purpose, it leads you to becoming a more valuable person, which then the money follows. So what then, is your motivation? There is such a problem in the world with a lack of purpose. A lack of meaning. A lack of WHY.

Join Jaden today as he discusses Gratitude. Humans are inherently selfish creatures, so when something we have is taken away, we get angry and resentful. We take things for granted, and don't appreciate them in the moment. Even less so, when a bad situation arises. That can be applied to anything, and in any situation. Gratitude is a superpower that will allow you to overcome any situation, and win big!

In todays episode, Jaden discusses the CORE 4(power, passion, purpose, and production) but more specifically passion. Passion is your relationships, and your relationships are everything. If your relationship with your spouse, S.O., etc. isn't where it should be it will cause problems in every other aspect of your core 4. Thats the way the core 4 works! If one area is lacking, all the rest will suffer. If one area improves, all the rest will improve. But if you are so skewed on your levels of core 4 that your production is high but your relationships suck, there is only so far that you can take your business before there are consequences. Usually this podcast discusses Production and power(business/work and fitness). Sometimes we delve into purpose(mindset, mental/spiritual health), but Passion doesn't get the attention it deserves. After all, your relationships affect everything so heavily that it might just be the most important aspect. The only problem is, it is hard to see a direct ROI from Passion like you can from Production and Power. Its easy to see, I put X amount of work and time into my business or job, and I get X amount of dollars. Or I increase X amount of weight on a workout every week and I'll get stronger and gain muscle. Because it is hard, and so many people have a hard time with it, it gets pushed to the side. Listen in to see what you can do

In todays episode, Jaden discusses the thought of before and afters. So many people focus so much on the before and the after, that the during becomes an afterthought. That is to say that, people will focus so much on the future result and what it was like before that they don't foucs on what they are currently doing. Who they are currently Becoming. And then, when the goal is achieved, it feels empty. When you get that promotion, raise in salary, finish that project, lose those 20 lbs, gain that muscle... It all feels the same. People will seek validation in the completion of their goals, and not in the journey of who they are.
Focus on the during. Not so much of the before and the after. They become these two events that are separate and when they are done and gone, what is left? Instead, focus on who you are becoming to reach those goals, or who do you have to become?
With 75 hard, focus on the habits being built, instead of completing the challenge. Think about day 76. What are you left with when the dust settles? Focus on building habits AND keeping them once you've reached the milestone that you're going for.

In todays episode, Jaden discusses AI technology in construction. This is a general overview of the possibilities and general implications of AI in construction. There will be more in depth reviews of current and possible technologies to come. Will AI replace jobs in construction? The short answer is no. What will really happen is it will become a tool to help jobsites stay safe and efficient. Just like any other tool that has been invented over the years, from power tools and cordless power tools, to improvements in technology for tractors to essentially be run from a computer like a video gamer. AI will never be able to replace the real world decisions that have to happen on a jobsite with so many variables(at least, not for a long time). The technology is simply there to help. Here are some ways it is being implemented, and a link one of the reference blog posts: https://appinventiv.com/blog/ai-in-construction/

In todays episode, Jaden talks about writing your own story. He also is speaking to that topic in the end of august in salt lake at the arena night event. Since this is the 6 month mark for the podcast, seems a good time for a reintroduction. Jaden is a 3rd generation concrete finsher. He went to school for engineering and got a pre engineering degree and then switched to web development with a certificate from a university. Around the same time he met his wife who is a web developer. Jaden decided to stay in concrete and also start a web development business specifically for contractors. The podcast came about to bridge the gap between school experience and the construction experience. Also with some lifestyle and health/fitness flairs.

In todays episode, Jaden is joined by Jared Adams. Jared is a general contractor and a framer that builds Post Frame buildings. Jaden and Jared have met through the Lions Den coaching group, and share a lot of experiences and benefits that have come from coaching. They cover a wide range of topics. A theme of this episode is, "who do I have to become?" to level up. And "it all comes full circle" meaning, if one area of your CORE 4 is struggling, every other area will. If your relationships aren't where they should be, your business will suffer. If your purpose isn't there, your body and health will suffer. You can Follow Jared on instagram @ja_construction.
